སྙེན་བཀུར་བྱེད་ཅིང་བརྩེ་བར་སེམས་པར་འདོད་ན་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱེ་བའི་སྐྱེ་གནས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམས་དང་མི་འབྲལ་ བར་འདོད་ན་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ།།སྐྱེ་བའི་ཚེ་རབས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་རྟག་པར་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་ཕོ་བྲང་དུ་གནས་ནས་མངལ་གྱི་སྙིང་པོར་སྐྱེ་བར་མི་འགྱུར་བར་འདོད་ན་སྤྲུལ་པའི་གཞལ་མེད་ཁང་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །མང་དུ་ཐོས་པའི་ ཤེས་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པར་འདོད་ན་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་མདོ་སྡེའི་གླེགས་བམ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ།།ད་ལྟར་གྱི་ལུས་འདི་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ལ་ཐུག་པའི་བར་དུ་རྟག་པར་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ལས་ལྡོག་པར་མི་འགྱུར་བར་འདོད་ན་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པའི་གསེར་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ ལ་མཆོད་དོ།།ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམས་མྱུར་དུ་གཤེགས་ནས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་ཕྱག་གིས་བྱུགས་ཏེ་ལུང་བསྟན་པར་འདོད་ན་སྤྱི་བོ་ན་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཤིང་ཐོག་དང་འབྲུ་རྣམས་གྲུབ་པར་འདོད་ན་རྒུན་འབྲུམ་ཐོགས་པའི་ལག་ལ་མཆོད་ དོ།།དེ་ལྟར་མངོན་པར་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཆོ་ག་སྟོང་ཡོད་ཀྱང་དེང་མདོར་བསྡུས་ནས་མདོ་ཙམ་ཞིག་བསྟན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཡོངས་སུ་དང་བའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་གཟུངས་འདི་ཟུང་ལ་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་དུ་རྒྱ་ ཆེར་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤེལ་ནས་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་པར་བྱའོ།།གཟུངས་འདི་ཁམས་གསུམ་གྱི་སེམས་ཅན་ནད་ཀྱིས་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་རྒྱ་ཆེར་ཕན་འདོགས་པར་བྱེད་པས་གཟུངས་འདིས་ཡོངས་སུ་གསོས་ན་མི་འཚོ་བ་གང་ཡང་མེད་དོ། །རིག་སྔགས་ཆེན་མོ་འདིས་ཤིང་སྐམ་པོ་ལ་བཏབ་ན་ ཡང་ཡལ་ག་དང་།ལོ་མ་དང་། མེ་ཏོག་དང་། འབྲས་བུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་ན་རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ་དང་བཅས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ལྟ་སྨོས་ཀྱང་ཅི་དགོས་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་ནད་ཀྱིས་ཐེབས་པ་རྣམས་གསོས་ན་མི་འཚོ་བའི་གནས་ངེས་པར་མེད་དོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་གཟུངས་འདིའི་བྱིན་ གྱི་བརླབས་དང་མཐུ་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པའི་བསྔགས་པ་བརྗོད་ཀྱང་མཐར་ཐུག་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ།།སྔོན་འདས་པའི་དུས་ཡུན་རིང་པོ་ནས་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་རྒྱ་ཆེར་བསྐྱེད་པ་མ་ཡིན་ན་ཐ་ན་འདིའི་མིང་ཙམ་ཡང་ཐོས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་ན་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་མཐོང་བ་ལྟ་སྨོས་ ཀྱང་ཅི་དགོས།ལྷ་དང་། མི་དང་། ཀླུ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་འཁོར་མང་པོ་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ངས་གཟུངས་འདིའི་བསྔགས་པ་བརྗོད་པ་ཐོས་ནས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བར་བྱའོ། །གང་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་གིས་རིག་སྔགས་འདི་ལ་སྐུར་པ་བཏབ་པར་གྱུར་ན་གང་གཱའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་ དགུ་བཅུ་རྩ་དགུའི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་ཀྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་དེ་དག་ལ་སྐུར་པ་བཏབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།།གལ་ཏེ་གཟུངས་འདི་ལ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་དང་ཡིད་མི་ཆེས་པ་སྐྱེས་པར་གྱུར་ན་གང་ཟག་དེ་ནི་ཕན་ཡོན་ཆེན་པོ་དང་གཏན་དུ་འབྲལ་བར་འགྱུར་བས་བསྐལ་པ་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་སྙེད་དུ་ངན་འགྲོར་འཁོར་ཞིང་འབྱུང་བའི་ དུས་མེད་དེ།རྟག་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱང་མི་མཐོང་། ཆོས་ཀྱང་མི་ཐོས། །དགེ་འདུན་ཡང་མཐོང་བར་མི་འགྱུར་བར་རིག་པར་བྱའོ། །འཁོར་དེར་འདུས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་དག་དང་། གསང་བ་པའི་བདག་པོ་ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་། ཚངས་པ་དང་། བརྒྱ་བྱིན་དང་། རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བཞི་དང་། ལྷ་དང་། ཀླུ་དང་། འདྲེ་སྲིན་ཐམས་ཅད་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གཟུངས་འདིའི་བསྔགས་པ་བརྗོད་པ་ཐོས་ནས། ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་ཞིང་མགུ་བས་བཀའ་ཡང་དག་པར་བླངས་ནས་མངོན་པར་སྒྲུབ་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། ། དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཉི་འོད་ཀྱིས་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་གཟུངས་འཛིན་པ་དག་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྲུང་བའི་ཆེད་དུ་རིག་སྔགས་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་སྨྲས་སོ། །ན་མོ་བུདྡྷ་གུ་ར་བེ། ན་མོ་དྷརྨ་མ་ཧ་ཏེ། ན་མཿསཾ་གྷ་ཊ་ཡཱ་ཎི། ཏྲི་པུ་བི་སཱ་ཏ་ཏ~ཾ་ན་མཿ། རིག་སྔགས་འདི་བཏོན་ན་ཁ་ན་མ ཐོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་འབྱང་བར་འགྱུར།བདུད་སྤོང་བར་བྱེད། བགེགས་རྣམས་སེལ་བར་འགྱུར་བས་ལན་རེ་བཏོན་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་ཕྱག་ལན་རེ་བྱའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཉིན་རེ་བཞིན་དུས་གསུམ་དུ་རིག་སྔགས་བཟླས་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་ཕྱག་བྱས་ན་མ་འོངས་པའི་དུས་ན་ སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བའི་མཚན་ཤིན་ཏུ་མཛེས་པ་རེ་རེའི་འབྲས་བུ་རྣམ་པར་སྨིན་པ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།།བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཟླ་འོད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་དག་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྲུང་བའི་ཕྱིར་གཟུངས་འདི་སྨྲས་སོ། །སིནྟི་ཏེ་དུ་སོཥྚ། ཨ་ཛྙཱ་མི་ཏེ་ཨོ་ཏུཥྚ། སི་ནི་ཁི་ ཏ་པ་ལི་ཏིཥྚ།ཡ་མི་ཛྙཱ་ཏ་ཨོ་དྷུཥྚ། ཀུ་ལ་ཏི་མཥྚ། ཁིཥྚ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། རིག་སྔགས་འདི་ལན་ལྔ་བཟླས་ནས་ཚོན་སྣ་ལྔའི་སྐུད་པ་ལ་སྔགས་མདུད་བྱས་ཏེ། གང་དུ་ན་བར་གདགས་པར་བྱའོ། །རིག་སྔགས་འདི་ནི་འདས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་གང་གཱའི་ཀླུང་བཞི་བཅུའི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་ ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་ཡིན་པས།དེང་བདག་གིས་ཀྱང་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བ་དག་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྲུང་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང་། བགེགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་བསལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང་། ནད་མ་རུངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་བསལ་བ

如果想要受到敬重和喜爱，就礼敬合掌之手。如果想要在一切的转生之处都不离诸如来，就礼敬手持化身佛之手。如果想要在一切的生世中，恒常安住在如来的宫殿中，而不转生于胎藏之中，就礼敬手持化身之无量宫之手。如果想要具有广大的多闻智慧，就礼敬手持珍宝经函之手。如果想要从现在的这个身体直到证得佛身之间，恒常不从菩提心退转，就礼敬手持不退转之金轮之手。如果想要十方如来迅速降临，以手摩顶并授记，就礼敬顶髻上手持化身佛之手。如果想要果实和谷物成熟，就礼敬手持葡萄之手。如是，虽然有成千上万的显现成就之仪轨，但如今简略地宣说了少许。世尊开示说：贤善首，你以极其欢喜之心受持此陀罗尼，并在赡部洲广为传播，使其不中断。此陀罗尼能对三界一切被疾病折磨的众生广为饶益，因此以此陀罗尼来救治，没有不能活的。这个大明咒，即使是对枯树使用，也能生出枝条、叶子、花朵和果实，更何况是有意识的众生呢？救治被疾病折磨的众生，没有一定不能活的情况。种姓之子，此陀罗尼的加持和威力不可思议，赞叹也无法穷尽。如果不是从过去漫长的时间里广泛地积累善根，甚至连此陀罗尼的名字都听不到，更何况是亲眼见到呢？天、人、龙等众多的眷属，你们大家听了我赞叹此陀罗尼之后，都

If you want to be respected and loved, pay homage to the hand holding the palms together. If you want to never be separated from the Tathagatas in all places of rebirth, pay homage to the hand holding the manifested Buddha. If you want to always reside in the palace of the Tathagata in all lifetimes and not be reborn in the womb, pay homage to the hand holding the manifested immeasurable palace. If you want to have vast and extensive knowledge, pay homage to the hand holding the precious scripture. If you want to never turn away from the mind of enlightenment from this present body until you attain Buddhahood, pay homage to the hand holding the irreversible golden wheel. If you want the Tathagatas of the ten directions to quickly come, touch your head with their hands, and give prophecies, pay homage to the hand holding the manifested Buddha on the crown of the head. If you want fruits and grains to ripen, pay homage to the hand holding grapes. Thus, although there are thousands of rituals for manifest accomplishment, today I have briefly explained only a little. The Bhagavan said: Kungawo, with a very joyful mind, hold this dharani and spread it widely throughout Jambudvipa, so that it never ceases. This dharani greatly benefits all sentient beings in the three realms who are tormented by disease, so if you heal with this dharani, there is no one who cannot live. This great mantra, even if used on a dry tree, will cause branches, leaves, flowers, and fruits to grow, what need is there to mention sentient beings with consciousness? If you heal sentient beings afflicted by disease, there is no certain situation where they cannot live. Son of the lineage, the blessings and power of this dharani are inconceivable, and praise cannot exhaust them. If you have not accumulated vast roots of virtue from a long time in the past, you will not even hear the name of this dharani, what need is there to mention seeing it directly? Gods, humans, nagas, and other numerous retinues, all of you, after hearing me praise this dharani,

One should rejoice accordingly. If anyone were to slander this vidya-mantra, it would be equivalent to slandering the buddhas as numerous as ninety-nine times the sands of the Ganges River. If doubt and disbelief arise towards this dharani, that person will be forever separated from great benefits, and will wander in the lower realms for hundreds of thousands of kalpas, without any time of liberation. Know that they will never see the Buddha, never hear the Dharma, and never see the Sangha. Those bodhisattva-mahasattvas assembled in that gathering, as well as the secret lord Vajrapani, Brahma, Indra, the four great kings, gods, nagas, and all the demons, having heard the Bhagavan's praise of this dharani, all rejoiced greatly and were satisfied, accepted the teachings, and began to practice. Then, Bodhisattva Sunlight, in order to completely protect those who hold the Great Compassion Dharani, spoke this great vidya-mantra: Namo Buddha Gurave, Namo Dharma Mahate, Namah Samgha Ghatayani, Tripu Visatatam Namah. Similarly, reciting the vidya-mantra three times a day and prostrating to the Buddha will ensure that in every future rebirth, one will obtain the ripening fruit of a satisfying and extremely beautiful appearance. Bodhisattva Moonlight also spoke this dharani in order to completely protect the yogis: Sintite Du Soshta, Ajnya Mite Otushta, Snihi Kita Palitishtha, Yami Jnyata Odhushta, Kulati Mashta, Khishta Svaha.
