The four great kings, along with hundreds of thousands of sons of the gods of the four great kingly retinues, would hold various flowers, incense, perfumes, garlands, unguents, powders, Dharma robes, umbrellas, banners, and flags, and would offer them to the Blessed One. Brahma and other sons of the gods of the Brahma retinue, as well as hundreds of thousands of sons of the gods of the Thirty-three retinue, including Indra, would also diligently engage in the work of offering to the Blessed One. Similarly, the son of Ananga, the Great Ishvara, Good Jewel, Perfectly Good, the god of Power, and others would also offer to the Blessed One. The sons of the gods, the sun and moon, would also offer to the Blessed One from the center of the sky. Numerous sons of the gods of the gandharva retinue would also diligently play hundreds of thousands of musical instruments with five parts for the sake of offering to the Blessed One. In the very center of that vast expanse, in front of the Blessed One, a lotus of seven precious jewels with a thousand petals emerged from the earth. On that lotus, there appeared a wheel with a thousand spokes made of Jambu River gold, complete with a rim, complete with a hub, radiating extra light, and as bright as the sun. Its light illuminated the three thousand great thousand worlds, and from within the hub of that wheel, a sound arose: "Excellent! Excellent! The secrets of the dharani such as this one spoken by Shakyamuni Buddha." King of the vidya-mantra of turning the wheel of Dharma, the vidya-mantra of going to the heart of great enlightenment, the heart of the vidya-mantra of all Tathagatas, the heart of the vidya-mantra of the true way of the Tathagatas, Blessed One, please speak it again. Please speak the dharani called "Secret, the immeasurable palace of great jewel increase, extremely supremely abiding." Please speak the dharani called "Possessing the essence urged by the Blessed One," urging all the Tathagatas, gathering the great circle of the mandala, Blessed One, this is the time for you to speak the secret of the Tathagatas. Blessed One, this is the root of accomplishing Buddhahood itself, eliminating all sins, drying up the ocean of all suffering, and certainly liberating from the wilderness of samsara. This is liberation from the great river, and without this dharani, it is impossible to attain Buddhahood. This is the seed of Buddhahood itself, this is the turning of the wheel of Dharma, this is the kindling of the lamp of Dharma, this is the raising of the victory banner of Dharma, this is the blowing of the conch of Dharma, this is the beating of the drum of Dharma, this is the ascending to the lion throne of Dharma. For that reason, Blessed One, please speak in detail the vows and mandala rituals of this great king of detailed rituals, along with the secrets, the chapter of mudras, the double-panel paintings, and the rituals with offerings. Then, all the Buddhas Bhagavan gave the word "Good" to Shakyamuni, Shakyamuni, it is very good that you spoke this kind of dharani while going to the heart of enlightenment. Just by hearing it, all sins and evil destinies will be destroyed. By remembering this dharani, one will offer celestial garments, incense, flowers, fragrances, garlands, and unguents to all the Tathagatas. Just by reciting it, one will become irreversible and manifest complete and perfect enlightenment of unsurpassed enlightenment. The merit accumulated by all the Tathagatas cannot be expressed even in one kalpa, or a hundred kalpas, or a thousand kalpas, or a hundred thousand kalpas, therefore, this dharani.
