Or made into a mudra with earth, or written in letters, whichever way, if placed inside, it will become endowed with the wisdom of the Thus-Gone One. Recite it seven times and take out the stupa, and an all-pervading stupa of the Dharmakaya will arise, connected inseparably with skillful means and wisdom, and for the benefit of all sentient beings, it will perfectly accomplish everything until samsara is empty. Likewise, visualize it in your mind. Then, for the stupa taken out from the container, this great knowledge-mantra for forming the wheel should be recited: oṃ pramāṇaye svāhā (藏文：ོ~ཾ་པྲ་མ་ཎ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ प्रमाणये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ pramāṇaye svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Measure, Svaha). Having recited it, if you set up the wheel, it will be adorned with a jewel umbrella, a jewel crest, a jewel victory banner, a jewel streamer, and fluttering silk banners, and adorned with various qualities of nirvana, it will accomplish the benefit of beings as desired. Likewise, visualize it in your mind. Then, when offering clothes to the stupa, recite this great knowledge.

Then, when building a mandala for the stupa, if five stupas are built, the mandala should also be drawn with five sections: four directions and the center. Similarly, the number of stupas, whether it is a hundred or a thousand, should determine the table of the mandala according to the number and capacity of the stupas. The stone platform is built with earth, stone, wood, etc., and the mandala is made square. The base below can be a lion throne, a jewel throne, or a lotus throne.
