In Tibetan: The Dharani called "The Stupa that Accomplishes All Perfection Through Wisdom." Homage to the Three Jewels! Homage to the Bhagavan Vajradhara! Homage to the Bhagavan Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha, the principle of all dharmas, the Discipline, and the King of the Glory of Transformation! Homage to the Buddhas of the three times! Homage to the goodness of the Three Jewels! I pay homage to Akshobhya and Amitabha! I pay homage to Avalokiteshvara! I also pay homage to the Three Families! Thus I have heard: At one time, the great Bhagavan Vajradhara, on top of the great Mount Meru made of five elements, whose very foundation abides in the nature of a stupa, with palaces of various jewels, and four immeasurable stupas, because it is the place of the great stupa of self-nature, the shape of the summit also became a stupa, together with Vajrapani, Manjushri, Avalokiteshvara, Maitreya, and other Bodhisattvas of the ten bhumis, and Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, and other lords of the pure retinue, were dwelling together. Then, the Bhagavan emitted from the crown of his head and the auspicious swastika on his heart, etc., various kinds of light rays, sixty kotis, hundred thousands, and trillions in number, illuminating and pervading all the immeasurable, inconceivable, and inexpressible realms of the three thousand great thousand worlds, filling them like a sesame pod with great light, so that among the infinite sentient beings, the blind could see, the deaf could hear, the mute could speak, the lame and crippled could walk, the disabled could be restored, the sick could be freed from illness, and the beings in hell would have their lifespans reduced and gradually be liberated from suffering. Furthermore, he caused other sentient beings to gradually regain their memory, filling and expanding the entire expanse of space with the stupa of mind—the Dharmakaya. Those rays of light then reassembled at the crown of the Bhagavan's head, transforming into an image of the Dharmakaya. Then, Vajrapani...

The retinues, including Vajra, were amazed. They offered the Blessed One banners, victory banners, pennants, umbrellas, yak-tail fans, bells, silk streamers, incense, flowers, garlands, unguents, lamps, food, music, and other offerings. Then they requested the Blessed One, saying, "Blessed One, protector of beings, endowed with great compassion, please explain the great knowledge of the ritual for consecrating stupas, the Dharani of Vimala Ushnisha." The Blessed One replied, "This great knowledge of the ritual for consecrating stupas, the Dharani of Vimala Ushnisha, if any son or daughter of good family holds, carries, writes, reads, or hears its name, then all the five inexpiable sins, the ten non-virtuous actions, and all the sinful deeds they have done will be completely purified.
