If one surpasses any place, by consecrating with this great vidyā mantra, all the water will transform into the nature of a stupa. oṃ trailokya dhātu sarva tathāgatā hṛdaya garbhe jvala dharma dhātu garbhe saṃharaṇa āyuḥ saṃśodhaya pāpaṃ sarva tathāgata samanta vimala uṣṇīṣa viśuddhe mahā viraje ra gaṃ bira sidhi dharma dhātu bibi sāra amama ki svāhā. By reciting this, all the water will transform into the nature of a stupa. Furthermore, from wherever one's self pervades the sky, by consecrating with this great vidyā mantra, all the sky will transform into the nature of a stupa. oṃ trailokya dhātu sarva tathāgatā hṛdaya garbhe jvala dharma dhātu garbhe saṃharaṇa āyuḥ saṃśodhaya pāpaṃ sarva tathāgata samanta vimala uṣṇīṣa viśuddhe mahā viraje ra gaṃ bira sidhi dharma dhātu bibi sāra a a e khaṃ ya svāhā. By reciting this, all the realms of the sky will transform into the nature of a stupa, becoming worthy of prostration, circumambulation, and offering. By reciting this Vimala Uṣṇīṣa dhāraṇī and building a stupa on any of the five great elements, all afflictions and obscurations will be purified. Furthermore, by consecrating earth, wood, stone, clay, or anything else with this vidyā mantra and building a stupa, it will become the material for a stupa of various jewels. oṃ ratna caitye vañcaye bibi sāra svāhā. After reciting this, if one smears it with cow dung and so on, everything will become the material for a jewel stupa. If this great vidyā mantra is not consecrated, even if one requests the construction of a stupa from gold, silver, vaiḍūrya, and other seven jewels, it will become like stone, wood, and clods of earth. Why is that? Because it itself does not possess the essence and secret mantra blessings from the nature of the substance. By consecrating and building a stupa on any of the great elements with this great vidyā, one will purify the stains of obscurations from all immeasurable kalpas, be born like the lineage of a householder, like a great śāla tree, and attain the irreversible ground. After blessing, if stupas are built with stones and wooden boards, etc., they will not be devoured by demons, but will grow like a large sala tree of the Brahmin caste, gradually traversing the ten bhumis, and attaining the eleventh bhumi, the All-Illuminating. After blessing with this great vidya, if stupas are built with gold, silver, beryl, etc., they will not be devoured by demons, but will grow like a large sala tree of the Kshatriya caste, and attain the Vajradhara bhumi. Furthermore, if blessed with this great vidya mantra, even building one stupa is equivalent to building millions of stupas. If not blessed with this great vidya, even building millions of stupas is like building one. Why is that? It's the same as mentioned before. The mantra of that great vidya is: Tadyatha. Suksme. Same Samaye. Shante Dante. Nirkule. Yashotejo. Sarva Buddha Adhisthana. Adhisthite. Anumite Svaha. The number and benefits of building a hundred stupas cannot be described even by the arhats of the noble shravakas. The number and benefits of building a thousand stupas cannot be described even by the bodhisattvas. The number and benefits of building ten thousand stupas cannot be described even by the tathagatas. The number and benefits of building a million stupas cannot be described even by the tathagatas of the ten directions and three times. Therefore, the ritual for offering and building less than five stupas is: First, bless the place where the stupa is built, or the place where the clay for the stupa is, or the place from where the clay for the stupa is taken, and demarcate the land, preventing the evil spirits residing on the land, evil thoughts, and those who create obstacles to the stupa and virtuous deeds. Bless the thread with this great vidya mantra: Om Vajra Sutra Hum Phat.
