度母及殊胜解脱处，彼等灌顶仪轨与幻化，安住殊胜禅定随之得。 何者灌顶仪轨与幻化，安住殊胜禅定随之得，彼等十方一切诸佛处，所有灌顶无余皆能得。 何者十方一切诸佛处，所有灌顶无余皆能得，彼等顶上十方之诸佛，以手掌甘露者而作灌顶。 何者顶上十方之诸佛，以手掌甘露者而作灌顶，具力彼等如虚空一般，无余遍及一切诸方处。 具力何者如虚空一般，无余遍及一切诸方处，无等彼等行境具天之，世间诸众亦不能知晓。 无等何者行境具天之，世间诸众不能知晓者，彼等忆念一切及见闻，名号听闻与豪气皆有义。 何者忆念一切及见闻，名号听闻与豪气皆有义，大士彼等布施及施者，一切布施皆成有意义。 圣士彼等之威力，佛法亦住慈悲亦不衰，善业之事善能行持故，三宝威力亦成殊胜极。 金刚坚硬之珍宝最殊胜，以彼威力大海中珍宝，不尽不减增多亦不变，如是功德无边功德水。 何处成为无有佛陀之刹土，彼处示现菩提正等觉，何处诸方亦成无有法，彼方示现正法之宝藏。 彼等无分别亦不分别想，彼等任运成就于一切方，如月一般显现而善示现，以千百方便调伏诸有情。 彼等一刹那间于十方，一切世间示现菩提正等觉，转法轮及寂灭入涅槃，舍利增长亦是勇士示。 智者彼等声闻缘觉地，佛陀。

In whatever field there is no Buddha, There they show enlightenment and perfect Buddhahood. In whatever direction there is no Dharma, In that direction, they show the treasure of Dharma. They are without thought and do not conceptualize, They spontaneously accomplish in all directions, Manifesting like the moon, They tame sentient beings with thousands of methods. In every moment, they show enlightenment and perfect Buddhahood In all the worlds of the ten directions. Turning the wheel of Dharma, entering peaceful nirvana, And the flourishing of relics are also shown by the heroes. Those wise ones are the ground of Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, Buddhas.
