To the glorious one who embodies the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, who is one with all the Lamas of the three times, who is inseparable from the deity, the source of all attainments, in order to subdue the mothers and dakinis, I request the supreme accomplishment of the supreme Damdza Torma. O venerable Lama Padmasambhava, open the door of your immutable body and grant the accomplishment of immortal life. Open the door of your pure speech and grant the accomplishment of the sixty Brahma sounds. Open the door of your mind, free from elaboration, and grant the accomplishment of the Great Seal. Like a virtuous vase and a wish-fulfilling jewel, grant the accomplishment of fulfilling all needs and desires. Grant the accomplishment of an immutable body, grant the accomplishment of unimpeded speech, grant the accomplishment of unerring mind, grant the accomplishment of fulfilling qualities, grant the accomplishment of taming beings through activities, grant the accomplishment of immortal life, grant the accomplishment of inexhaustible wealth. Grant the accomplishment of the eightfold dominion, grant the accomplishment of common wishes, grant the accomplishment of the unsurpassed supreme attainment. Then, to attract life: know that the extensive one is in the great accomplishment, if you do the condensed one: the life vase of tsampa is four-petaled lotus, surrounded by life pills, the top ornament is marked with vajra, sun, moon, and horse head, filled with nectar inside, the life wine is made with a butter lamp, that life vase itself, from non-objectification, generate as Amitayus as it is, think that all the life essence is gathered by the Lama, Yidam, and Dakinis, Om Vajra Ayur Jñana Hung Hung（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཛྷ་ན་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओंबज्रआयुर्ज्ञानहुंहुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra āyur jñāna hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Vajra Life Wisdom Hung Hung）! Siddhi Phala Hung Hung（藏文：སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：सिद्धि फल हुं हुं，梵文罗马拟音：siddhi phala hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Accomplishment Fruit Hung Hung）! Recite as much as possible. Then, wave the red life arrow banner and say this: Hung! Bhagavan Protector Amitayus, body color red, complete enjoyment body, holding the life vase in his hand, from the secret mind vase, grant the essence of the mind's life, may we obtain the vajra life! Thus, urge again and again. After that, recite the heart mantra of Amitayus and empower, enjoy the accomplishment, and drink the life wine. 于胜地大乐宫殿中，世尊大吉祥莲花黑汝嘎，发出三次马鸣之声，聚集显有世间所有母曜，以三句誓言束缚之时，猪母等百万空行母众，各自显现殊胜清净之身，对借誓言者赐予成就，是否不曾间断领受教敕食子？是否不曾间断成办委派的事业？是否不曾间断延长瑜伽士的寿命？往昔不违背誓言承诺，享用此血肉红色食子，祈请忆念誓言，恳请成办委派的事业。 བྷྱོ༔ 之后中间劫的中央，红岩桑耶阿雅巴洲（公元767年前后，西藏山南地区桑耶寺），大导师莲花生，以及弟子的精华君臣五友，开启大威力圆满坛城之时，居住于尸陀林的八部空行母众，以及傲慢八部、十二坚牢母，各自显现殊胜清净之身，对借誓言者赐予成就，是否不曾间断领受教敕食子？是否不曾间断成办委派的事业？是否不曾间断延长瑜伽士的寿命？往昔不违背誓言承诺，享用此血肉红色食子，祈请忆念誓言，恳请成办委派的事业。 བྷྱོ༔ 之后中间劫的末尾，洛扎卡曲年之寂静处（西藏山南地区洛扎县卡曲寺），导师莲花卡钦措嘉，以及虚空藏朗卓译师，开启极密上师的坛城之时，二十八自在母、三十二空行母，以及紧和朗嘎坚牢母等，各自显现殊胜清净之身，对借誓言者赐予成就，是否不曾间断领受教敕食子？是否不曾间断成办委派的事业？是否不曾间断延长瑜伽士的寿命？往昔不违背誓言承诺，享用此血肉红色食子，

In the supreme blissful palace, the Bhagavan Great Glorious Padma Heruka, proclaimed the three horse sounds, gathering all the Mamos of existence and samsara, at the time of binding by the three words of oath, hundreds of thousands of Dakinis such as the Pig Mother, each showing their supreme pure form, granting accomplishments to those who borrow the oath, have you not ceased to receive the Torma of Command? Have you not ceased to accomplish the entrusted activities? Have you not ceased to prolong the life of the Yogi? Without transgressing the oath and promise of the past, accept this Torma of red flesh and blood, awaken the mind of commitment, accomplish the entrusted activities. Bhyo! Then in the middle of the intermediate Kalpa, at Drakmar Samye Aryapala (around 767 AD, Samye Monastery in Shannan, Tibet), the Great Teacher Padmasambhava, and the five best disciples, ministers, and friends, when the mandala of great power and perfection was opened, the eight classes of Dakinis dwelling in the charnel ground, and the eight classes of arrogant ones, the twelve steadfast mothers, each showing their supreme pure form, granting accomplishments to those who borrow the oath, have you not ceased to receive the Torma of Command? Have you not ceased to accomplish the entrusted activities? Have you not ceased to prolong the life of the Yogi? Without transgressing the oath and promise of the past, accept this Torma of red flesh and blood, awaken the mind of commitment, accomplish the entrusted activities. Bhyo! Then at the end of the intermediate Kalpa, in the solitary place of Lhodrak Kharchu Nyan (Kharchu Monastery in Lhozhag County, Shannan, Tibet), the teacher Padma Khachen Tsogyal, and Namkhai Nyingpo Langdro Lotsawa, when the mandala of the innermost secret Lama was opened, the twenty-eight powerful ones, the thirty-two Dakinis, and the Ging and Langka steadfast mothers, each showing their supreme pure form, granting accomplishments to those who borrow the oath, have you not ceased to receive the Torma of Command? Have you not ceased to accomplish the entrusted activities? Have you not ceased to prolong the life of the Yogi?
