The state of abiding in the unborn is to be introduced to the Tulkus. By practicing the conduct of the mind in this way, the sins of the mind are purified, the obstacles of the mind are pacified, the attachments of the mind are reversed, the mind is liberated into the Dharmakaya, and the mind is non-dual with the hearts of all Buddhas, so there is a need to pass beyond sorrow. In this way, if the conduct of body, speech, and mind shows signs, it will exhaust the deluded appearances. This is the fourteenth session of meditation. Then, from the Clear Expanse: "In order to exhaust the causes of inner delusion, differentiate between samsara and nirvana as within." The meaning of this is that in order to exhaust the causes and seeds of the delusions of the inner body, speech, and mind, it is necessary to differentiate. From the Aftermath: "This body is produced by the cause of ignorance, the seeds of the six realms abide in it." And from the Clear Expanse: "Crown, throat, heart, navel, secret place, and soles of the feet, A, Tri, Nam, Su, Pra, Du, the six places abide." And because these seeds are impure, they constantly wander in the six realms and experience the suffering of the three realms of samsara. And the method of purifying these seeds, from the Aftermath: "Awareness is actually the three kayas, the three kayas appear as three syllables." So it is said. How to practice its meaning is: From the Vajra Verses: "From the crown to the soles of the feet, the six places are the seeds of the six realms, A, Su, Ni, Tri, Pra, Du. Again, in the three places, with the three syllables, from Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) fire blazes, burning the seeds." And its commentary, spoken by the Great Compassionate One: "From the crown up to the throat, heart, navel, secret place, and soles of the feet, in the six places contemplate the seeds of the six realms, namely A, Su, Ni, Tri, Pra, Du. Again, in one's own three places, from the three syllables Oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Āḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), and Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), from Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) fire blazes, burning those seeds of the six realms." Meditate in this way, and by the fire blazing from all three syllables, contemplate purifying the seeds of the six realms, and recite Oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Āḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), and Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) seven hundred thousand times, etc. After burning the seeds of the six realms, look at the mind of consciousness. If the ordinary attachments of body, speech, and mind cease, then samsara and nirvana are differentiated. In this way, by differentiating body, speech, and mind, the sins of the three doors are purified, the obstacles of body, speech, and mind are pacified, and the attachments of the three doors are reversed, so one does not wander in samsara.

Having liberated the three bodies into the three kayas, it is necessary to attain Buddhahood by realizing the body, speech, and mind of the Buddha, inseparable from them. Meditate on this for seven days. This is the fifteenth session. Then, one should relax the three doors and restore them to their original state. As it says in "Vast Expanse of Clarity": 'When the body, speech, and mind are disturbed by the elements, relax them in order to liberate them.' And as it says in "The Blazing Lamp": 'Having distinguished between samsara and nirvana, relax the body and speech.' Therefore, if one has previously engaged in activity, the elements become disturbed and one cannot engage in virtuous practice. By relaxing, the elements will not be disturbed. First, to relax the body, one should sit comfortably on a cushion, relaxing the parts of the body. There is no visualization for this; it is like resting. If one can remain still without moving the body, one has relaxed. Spend one day on this. This is the sixteenth dharma session. Then, to relax the speech, one should remain silent for one day, refraining from speaking. If one does not desire to speak, one has relaxed. Although there is no object of visualization, this is the seventeenth dharma session. Then, to relax the mind, one should stop all thoughts and concepts of the mind and relax. If worldly activities do not flow in the mind, one has relaxed. Thus, by relaxing the three doors, the elements will not be disturbed temporarily, so illnesses and obstacles will not arise. Ultimately, there is the key point of the clinging to the three, body, speech, and mind, being liberated into self-purification. As it says in "Vast Expanse of Clarity": 'Whoever relaxes in this way, the disturbance of the elements, illnesses, and obstacles will be pacified, and clinging will become self-liberated.' Thus it is said. This is the eighteenth dharma session. Then, to restore to the original state, as it says in "Vast Expanse of Clarity": 'Having relaxed, then restore to the original state, in order to realize the meaning of primordial purity.' And as it says in "After the Passing": 'The Shravakas, Bodhisattvas, and Wrathful Ones, even with their mere gaze, restore to the original state. Thus, all three are restored, and one becomes diligent in practice itself.' Thus it is said, abandoning the activities of body, speech, and mind, one should practice with one-pointed concentration until the end. Now, to relax the body, one should adopt the seven-point posture of Vairochana; to relax the speech, one should remain silent; to relax the mind, one should gaze at the tip of the nose. Keep the mind focused there and remain. This is the gaze of a Bodhisattva; with the gaze of a Bodhisattva, one will attain the bliss of relaxation. Thus it is said. That
