In a place free from obstacles and high and secluded, set up offerings at the time of the two rays, pray until tears flow. Thus it is said. Either of the two prayers from the Sky Dharma, pray to Orgyen Rinpoche. Recite this about a hundred times. Lie on your back and look at the sun with your eyes slightly closed, dots of light, rainbows, and sheep intestines will appear. Or sit in a squatting position, and it will arise by suppressing the turning back. This is the empowerment of Kuntuzangpo's wisdom, do not separate from it. You will ultimately become nothing other than Kuntuzangpo. Thus it is said, so you should look at the sun's mandala with your eyes slightly closed, not completely closed. Five colors of light, dots of light, and various small dots will appear. This is a sign that the peaceful deities reside in your heart, and that light, dots of light, small dots, and peaceful deities will appear in the bardo. The five lights are the self-radiance of the five wisdoms. From now on, do not separate from practicing Dzogchen Tögal. Now repeat this commitment: All Buddhas of the three times, and the Yidam Lama are inseparable, as they have said, I myself, offer without regret and practice. This is to first empower the root chakra to make it a suitable vessel, this is one Dharma session. After that, although the actual division of samsara and nirvana is not mentioned in this text, if you want to elaborate, it is the same as other Dzogchen texts. Thus it is said. In Thalgyur it says: If samsara and nirvana are not divided, then the three realms of body, speech, and mind will not be cut off from connection, therefore it is said that samsara and nirvana should be divided. Thus it is said. At first, there are two parts to the division, the preliminary and the main part. The preliminary of the body: In "After Death" it says: In order to do the preliminary of the body, practice the various practices of the six realms, practice the practices of the Three Jewels. Thus it is said, so this body has wandered in samsara before and has taken various bodies. Now there is still a lot of karma and imprints that require taking various bodies in the six realms. Now with this profound method, divide the body into samsara and nirvana. ppThink that from now on you will not wander in samsara, go to a place that is uninhabited and secluded, and not seen by others. This body will be boiled and burned in hell, suffering from heat and cold.

One should practice experiencing suffering. Similarly, the way to experience the hunger and thirst of pretas, the stupidity and muteness of animals, the fighting of asuras, the happiness of gods, the various behaviors of humans, the abodes of the Buddhas, and the various postures of wrathful deities. In between these, observe your own mind. Thinking that you are the body of each of the six realms, do their respective actions. Again, observe the mind. Like this, spend a day until the body is exhausted. This is the second session of Dharma. Then, the actual method of distinguishing between body, samsara, and nirvana is: In the "Vajra Destruction," it says, "With the vajra posture, discipline the body and benefit the mind." Therefore, with the body in the vajra posture, with the soles of the feet turned upwards, straighten the body. Join the palms together above the head and remain in this position day and night. The purpose of this is to purify the sins of the body, and seeing the body as if it were a blazing vajra fire, the obstacles of the body are pacified, and the attachment to the body is reversed. From now on, one will not take a body in samsara due to karma, the body is liberated into a nirmanakaya, and it is said that this body becomes enlightened inseparably from the bodies of all Buddhas. Thus, the sign of distinguishing the body is that there is no attachment or clinging to the body, and one feels no hunger, thirst, heat, or cold. This is the third session of Dharma. Then, the preliminary practice for distinguishing speech is: In "After the Past," it says, "For the sake of doing the preliminary practice of speech, utter various sounds of the six realms, the sounds of peace and wrath, and the sounds of the elements, apply them to various forms." Thus it is said. That is to say, because the sound of speech causes us to wander in samsara, think of distinguishing between speech and samsara, go to a secluded place where there are no other people, and make the sounds of suffering of hell, the sounds of hunger of pretas, the sounds of various animals, the sounds of fighting and shouting of asuras, the songs of gods, the various languages of humans, the Dharma sounds of peaceful deities, the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: 啪) of wrathful deities, laughter, and the sounds of various elements. Like this, practice until the voice is exhausted, for a day. In between these, repeatedly observe the mind. This is the fourth session of Dharma. In the "Vajra Destruction," it says, "When the speech abides as Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), expand and practice, enter the path of seeking relatives, thus the practice of speech benefits the mind." The meaning of what is said is: First, the expansion towards external appearances is: Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽).
