In the realm of non-dual emptiness, the unobstructed five poisons of conceptualization arise. Arising from the realm and dissolving back into the realm, self-arising and self-liberation are the supreme meditation. Furthermore, from the Tantra of Essential Points: "That very nature severs the root of the three times. Loosen the three doors without artifice, yet hold them firmly. That primordial nature, free from three-fourths, cultivate insight from the state of peaceful abiding." Furthermore: "When constantly relaxed and loosened, the three extremes of arising, ceasing, and abiding are absent. Teach with awareness, without distraction, which is to loosen and hold firmly." Furthermore: "For example, like a hawk, initially guard it without distraction. In the middle, even if released, it can be retrieved. Finally, even if released, it cannot go far." Furthermore: "Remaining without artifice is the Great Seal. Attachment to experience does not arise. The equality of post-meditation is without duality. Constantly carry emptiness and compassion." Furthermore, the Great Brahmin said: "Abide in the primordial nature, O yogi! Do not fabricate it in any way. Non-fabrication itself is the Dharmakaya, for with a fabricated mind, one will not attain the noble path." Furthermore, from the Sutra of the Heap of Jewels: "Just as water is placed in water, just as butter is placed in butter, just as fire meets fire, one's own wisdom, there is nothing to be taken or abandoned, nothing to be established. View reality with reality, and seeing reality is liberation." Furthermore, from the Secret Treasury of the Mind of the Dakini: "To block the thoughts of the mind is called non-mentation. Here, to mentate is to realize the clarity and egolessness, which is called non-mentation." Furthermore, from the King of Samadhi Sutra: "Knowing this, thinking to abandon that, whoever knows this arises, knowing this is engaging in elaboration, knowing this, one is not liberated from that." Furthermore: "When one touches various forms, all thoughts are without thought. When thought becomes without thought, then it becomes unthinkable." Furthermore, from the Whispered Lineage of Vajra Words: "From the ground, without artifice, the spontaneously accomplished base from the beginning, abiding in the great ordinary state, without change in the vast expanse of space, without birth and death, one will attain the Dharmakaya." Furthermore, from the Tantra Equal to Space: "Delusion and non-delusion are of one essence. Dualistic thoughts do not arise in the minds of beings. This non-fabricated awareness is itself. Luminosity awareness, rest naturally." Furthermore, from the Tantra of Non-Abiding: "The mind is"

In the unborn wisdom, there is no need to meditate. Abiding in one's own place brings great happiness. Through the power of habituation, one attains the supreme fruit. Furthermore, Orgyen Rinpoche said: 'Having realized and comprehended the actual state of the view that is above the stages of meditation, and abiding in that state, is called meditation. That is, in the nature of clear emptiness free from extremes, through the posture of the seven-point posture, placing the self-aware clear emptiness in a state of nakedness free from thought, a clear and vibrant experience arises. However, one should not cling to it with the mind of meditation, nor should it be obscured by the knowledge of clarity. Meditating on whatever arises as it arises and dissolves is called the meditation of the nature of mind.' Furthermore, Orgyen Rinpoche instructed Langdro Lotsawa: 'The term 'meditation' is merely a linguistic expression. The meditation of reality is non-meditation. However, from the pure spring of the above unerring view, abiding in the state of mindlessness as it is, is labeled as meditation. In this, all phenomena that appear as samsara and nirvana are one's own mind. The mind is emptiness, free from elaboration. The nature of freedom from elaboration is the nature of the Dharmakaya, and in that nature, not bound by clinging, not modified by conceptualization, in the primordial state of nakedness free from thought and spontaneously liberated, abiding in the self-illuminating awareness beyond thought and expression, is called the meditation of reality. Its nature is that at all times, all Buddhas, sentient beings, and beings have inherently abided in that way from the beginning. Abiding in that very nature without modification, one will attain Buddhahood in a few years. In that nature of reality, for the Buddha, there are the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, the inexhaustible wheel of adornment; for the yogi, there are high and low experiences of mind and perception; for sentient beings, there are the appearances of ignorance and delusion, and the continuous suffering. In reality, there is nothing to meditate on. Habituation to the state of non-meditation is the ultimate accomplishment. Other than that, even the Buddhas have no other method of meditation. From the beginning, it is the nature of the Dharmakaya. Not abiding in it naturally without modification, with a mind of conceptualization and clinging, who can meditate? That person has strayed from the path of liberation.' Furthermore, Orgyen Rinpoche said: 'Meditation also has five aspects: essence, definition, characteristic, classification, and summary meaning. The essence of meditation is the absence of mental fabrication. The definition is the absence of mental activity towards objects. The characteristic is clarity and purity. The classification, although there are many explanations, is the absence of attachment to whatever arises. The summary meaning is that.'
