因为名为誓言，所以请持续守护先前所体验的大圆满修持。如此持续修持的利益是，《法性现量经》中说：对于如虚空般的诸法，以如虚空般的心性，如虚空般地修习，亦能如虚空般成佛。又《三昧王经》中说：胜过将三界一切有情安置于十善道，对法无我生信，于寂静处行走七步，功德更大。又《真实性决定显现经》中说：舍利子，胜过十四劫听闻，仅弹指间修习真实性之义，功德更为增上。又《大证悟经》中说：片刻进入禅定之门，胜过给予三界众生生命，此意义重大。又《大解脱经》中说：当此法衰败之时，欲报答诸佛恩德者，刹那须臾修习，胜过布施充满虚空界有情的生命，修习禅定功德更大。又《入圣道经》中说：胜过尽其一生为一切有情积聚生活资具，片刻修习空性功德更大。如是宣说。修习此法也是守护之最胜，经中说：修习空性，死主亦不能侵，百千俱胝魔众，又怎能加害？如是宣说。像这样，对于如来藏大圆满空性之义，福薄慧浅未积资粮的有情，莫说全部，连一个词也不相信不理解。即使没有生起定解，稍微有一点不相信的想法，也能摧毁轮回痛苦的海洋。《宝积经》中说：劣根者对此法，不会生起丝毫怀疑，若生起丝毫怀疑，即是摧毁轮回。如是利益不可思议，所以，所以，你们心已开悟者，不要退转，你们心已开悟者。

Since it is called Samaya, please continuously maintain the Great Perfection practice that you have previously experienced. The benefit of continuously practicing in this way is stated in the Sutra of the Direct Perception of Dharmata: "For phenomena that are like the sky, with a mind-essence like the sky, if you meditate like the sky, you will also become enlightened like the sky." Also, in the King of Samadhi Sutra, it says: "It is more meritorious than placing all sentient beings of the three realms on the path of the ten virtues, to have faith in the non-self of phenomena and to take seven steps towards a solitary place." Also, in the Sutra of the Definitive Revelation of Suchness, it says: "Shariputra, it is more meritorious than listening for fourteen kalpas, to meditate on the meaning of suchness for just the time it takes to snap your fingers." Also, in the Sutra of Great Realization, it says: "To enter the door of meditation for a moment is more meaningful than giving life to the beings of the three realms." Also, in the Great Liberation Sutra, it says: "When this Dharma is declining, for those who wish to repay the kindness of the Buddhas, to meditate for a moment is more meritorious than giving the gift of life to sentient beings filling the empty realms." Also, in the Sutra of Entering the Noble Path, it says: "It is more meritorious to meditate on emptiness for a single session than to accumulate the necessities of life for all sentient beings for as long as they live." Thus it is said. Meditating on this is also the best of protections, as the Sutra says: "If emptiness is meditated upon, even the Lord of Death cannot harm you, and how could hundreds of millions of demons possibly cause harm?" Thus it is said. Like this, for the meaning of the Great Perfection of the Tathagatagarbha, emptiness, sentient beings with little merit and wisdom who have not accumulated merit will not believe or understand even a single word, let alone the whole thing. Even if definite knowledge does not arise, even if they understand only a little bit with some disbelief, it can still conquer the ocean of suffering of samsara. In the Jewel Heap Sutra, it says: "Inferior beings will not have even a little doubt about this Dharma; if even a little doubt arises, it will destroy samsara." Therefore, the benefits are inconceivable, so, so, those of you who have recognized your minds, do not regress, those of you who have recognized your minds.

It is very important to meditate continuously without interruption! Those of you who have doubts, also pray to and meditate on Orgyen (Padmasambhava)! Doubts will be eliminated from within. Those whose minds have not merged, also visualize Orgyen Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) on the crown of your head, pray and recite the Vajra Guru mantra (བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་，vajra guru，Vajra Guru). Finally, meditate on dissolving into Orgyen (Padmasambhava) himself. Then, look at your own mind with your mind, and realization will arise naturally. This Dharma is the warm breath of the Dakinis, and the warm words of the Great Compassionate One. You are all fortunate ones! Thus, strive in practice, keep your vows, and thinking of offering a mandala of gratitude, please repeat! As you say, practice all that appears and exists, accumulate merit, and offer the mandala. Three times! Oh, like that, from the profound oral transmission of the Sky Dharma Mind Treasure, the complete great instruction called "Buddha in Hand," which is divided into the common handprint completion stage Trekchö instruction and the uncommon Tögal instruction, the great instruction of the inseparable handprint completion stage Trekchö is complete.
