Making the sound "dol", making the sound "Achu", unable to make the sound "Kyi hud", teeth chattering, the body splitting into four, eight, and sixteen pieces, or falling into pits of fire burning in all four directions, iron-beaked insects piercing flesh and bone, walking on the path of razors, being cleaved by forests of swords, climbing the ten-finger-long iron thorns of Shulmari Mountain, the whole body being pierced, the brain being extracted from the crown of the head by iron bird claws, and dogs and foxes below eating the entrails, falling into immeasurable rivers of ash, plowing the five-hundred-measurement tongue with iron plows, nailing the tongue with fathom-long iron pegs, chopping the body and filling it with iron bushels, weighing the body on iron scales, dying and reviving once a day, or dying and reviving once a night, etc., the circumstances of countless sufferings are described in detail, especially in the Sutra of the Establishment of the World. The shortest lifespan in the hot hells is punarjīvita (梵文天城体,punarjīvita,梵文罗马拟音,revival), lasting one hundred and sixty-two million years, and the lifespans and sufferings of the lower hells are twenty times greater than that. The lifespans of the cold hells are immeasurable. Although the karmas of these individual rebirths are described separately, in summary, they are born from doing many non-virtuous deeds out of anger. The severity and length of life there also arise from the magnitude of one's own sinful deeds. Breaking vows leads to falling into the Vajra Hell, as stated in the Manjushri Magical Net: The great ocean outside, water can be discarded by the body, experiencing that degree of suffering, is called the Vajra Hell. Also, as stated in the Blue Robe Tantra: Breaking the vows of secret mantra leads to rebirth in the Vajra Hell, and it is said that one cannot be liberated until the sky ceases to exist, which refers to the case of not having confessed at all. In short, Orgyen Rinpoche said: If one is born in hell, there is no time for liberation for countless eons. What assurance do I have of not falling into hell? I have not practiced the Dharma properly before, so there is no other way this time either. The fruit of the slight accumulation of merit in the past is this time.

The human body is exhausted. If there is not a single Dharma in this life, there is no other place to go but the evil realms. Therefore, from now on, like someone suffering from hunger and thirst, one should be diligent and tireless, and strive to do good deeds. As it is said, put it into practice. This is the chapter on explaining the suffering of suffering, which is the seventh lecture. Next is the explanation of the suffering of change: In the Vajra verse it says: No birth, old age, sickness, and death. And so on, it is explained in one and a half verses. The explanation is personally spoken by the Great Compassionate One: Even if one is born as a human being, the suffering of birth, old age, sickness, and death is unimaginable. As it is said, if the meaning is explained in detail: In the Sutra of Mindfulness, it says: People's lives are short and they decline. And in the Words of Assembly, it says: All the sufferings of the evil realms also appear in people. The torment of suffering is hell itself, and poverty is the realm of Yama. The suffering of animals here is also that the powerful oppress the powerless with force, and all kinds of harm are like a river. Some are born from poverty, and others are born without knowing contentment. Also, the suffering of seeking is unbearable, and all are fighting and killing. As it is said. And in the Sutra of Entering the Womb, it says: Similarly, birth is also suffering, old age is also suffering, sickness is also suffering, death is also suffering, meeting with the unpleasant is also suffering, not finding what one seeks is also suffering, and it is also suffering to guard what has been obtained. As it is said. And in the Earth Chapter, it says: People have eight sufferings of conditioning, what are the eight? They are the suffering of birth, the suffering of old age, the suffering of sickness, the suffering of death, the suffering of meeting with the unpleasant, the suffering of separation from virtue, the suffering of guarding what has been obtained, and the suffering of seeking what has not been obtained and being driven by desire. As it is said. The suffering of birth is: In the Admonition to Students, it says: Extremely impure, foul-smelling, blocked by filth, extremely narrow, dark and gloomy, after entering that place like a hell in the womb, the body also shrinks and one must endure great suffering. Then gradually, like sesame oil being squeezed
