All the flames within the central channel, visualize them burning moderately in size. Then, do not visualize fire again. As the oral instructions of the text say: After merging into the central channel, do not visualize the fires outside the central channel. The meaning of what is said is: Do not be arbitrary, but focus on the fire. If fever occurs due to excessive meditation, then all the fire merges into the central channel. Visualize a thin flame within the central channel. Do not pay attention to the syllable Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ram, Sanskrit Romanization: ram, Chinese literal meaning: fire seed syllable) and all the fire outside the central channel. Also, if it is not particularly necessary, do not merge the fire into the central channel, it is enough just not to pay attention to the syllable Ram outside the central channel. If you merge it, then it is difficult for the external heat to arise, isn't this very important? Do not merge into the central channel. If you merge, then heat will not arise. Also, do not visualize fire outside the central channel. Thus it is said. Furthermore, to enhance the heat, the text says: If heat does not arise, meditate on the Wrathful One. And the oral instructions say: If heat does not arise, then according to the text, meditate on the Wrathful One Roza, whose body is black and has four hands. The text says: The Wrathful One Roza, whose body is blue, with one face and four hands, the first two hands are joined in prayer, know that this is the symbol of Avalokiteśvara. The lower two hands clap, which is the way to avert curses and so on, the attire of the Wrathful One is completely perfect, standing on a lotus and sun, with legs outstretched, residing in the midst of the flames of the eon. As it is said, the external form is like that, but the emptiness within, the central channel, and the fire blazing from the syllable Ram are the same as before, it is not to meditate that all the channels have become the syllable Ram, it is better to meditate that the whole body is covered with fire, just meditating like that, it is not profound to generate fever, because it has not been said anywhere, and because it is the real basis for meditation. The arising of heat is also as small as a needle tip, as small as a fingernail, as small as a palm, arising gradually from small to large, and the body arises all at once, and arising universally, and arising forcefully, and arising trembling, and arising throbbing, and arising without throbbing and trembling, and the experience of the arising of the appearance of heat arises, and the heat actually blazes, and samadhi and heat arise mixed together, and so on, there are many kinds. If you do not wear woolen clothes, it is difficult to distinguish whether heat has arisen or not, so wear clothes without wool that are a little difficult to keep warm, and by meditating, it will be clear whether heat has arisen or not, and before heat has arisen, do not stubbornly freeze.

Even translating is futile. That is also the meaning of gradually igniting the fire and practicing, in the words of the Great Master of Oddiyana (Padmasambhava): The realization of the path is, when the fire rises in the secret place, one feels the body comfortable; when the fire rises in the navel, warmth arises; when it rises in the heart, wisdom arises; when it rises in the throat, one understands many verses; when it rises in the forehead, the vision of luminosity appears; when it rises in the crown of the head, non-conceptuality arises and the knots of the six chakras are untied. Thus it is said. The eighth Dharma session is over. Then the ninth Dharma session, the occasion for meditating on the bindu, here there are two things to be understood and practiced. In general, there are two types of bindu: the conventional causal bindu and the ultimate wisdom bindu. The wisdom bindu is the unchanging self-awareness wisdom that has entered one's own continuum, whose essence is emptiness, the nature of the Dharmakaya, appearing as the Sambhogakaya, and whose radiance is unceasing as the Nirmanakaya. It has the great all-pervading bindu, as well as the bindu of all bodies, the bindu of the eight-petaled lotus, and the indestructible bindu, etc., which are proclaimed in the tantras with many names, and the causal bindu, which has become like the basis of it, in general, the white element has seventy-two thousand channels, and in particular, twenty-four places of channels, and in the petals of the chakras, there are the forms of the seed syllables of the respective deities, especially in the center of the five channel places, and the most supreme (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思: 吽) at the upper end of the central channel, with the head facing down, from these, the essence of the support increases, and the stable wisdom also arises, and when it declines, merit and wisdom also decline. Thus, it is not permissible for the causal bindu to decline, and there is such a history in the teachings of the tirthikas and Bonpos. For monks and novices there are transgressions, for monks there are residual downfalls, which are proclaimed in all vehicles, especially the non-dual tantras mainly show the bindu, even if the bindu declines once, one will not attain the supreme accomplishment in this life, and it is also said to be a root downfall, in the father and mother tantras, it is like that at the time of meditating on the bindu, and not otherwise, the root of Dharma is bodhicitta, abandoning it means abandoning the desire to attain Buddhahood for the benefit of sentient beings,
