From now on, the outer body of the central channel spreads outward to the left and right sides of the body's interior. That is, meditate by connecting the spark with the initial fire. For these two, the fire of wisdom blazes intensely. Between the outside of the central channel and the chest cavity, from the crown of the head to the tips of the toes, everything is filled with fire. The impure aggregates, elements, sources, channels, winds, and bindus of the body are all burned away, transforming into the true body of the wrathful deity of the wisdom body. The interior is entirely the nature of fire, bright red, like the inside of an earthenware pot intensely burned by fire. And contemplate that it is not emptiness but filled with flames. Do not perform the thirty-seven types of wind-holding illusory wheels. At this time, relying slightly on the transformation of visualization can also eliminate obstacles. Wherever there is pain in the upper or lower part of the body, visualize a small hole. Then, visualize flames of red kyu ru ru radiating outward, which is beneficial for any illness. Wherever there is coldness and chill in the upper or lower part of the body, focus the visualization there and contemplate flames of fire u ru ru burning, which will generate warmth. Also, during the illusory wheel, when rotating clockwise to the right and counterclockwise to the left six times, focus the mind on the abdomen and waist being filled with fire. When throwing the lasso with a fist, the inside of the hand up to the fingertips is red hur hur. It is the same when stretching the hands and feet. When jumping and shaking the body, even the pores are red nyuk nyuk. When exhaling, visualize the world filled with fire, burning or expelling all harm-doers. When inhaling, gather it into the navel or the fire of the body. When holding the wind, although the seven key points of the body are important, here, during the practice of tummo, it is known as the binding of the six fire hearths. It is said that adding the outer, inner, and secret three aspects of the hearth's opposite side results in eighteen. The body is squatting, with the legs crossed on the knees, the hands crossed, and the palms covering the upper part of the shoulders. After the visualization is clear, grasp the right knee and rotate the abdomen to the left and right three times. Grasp the left knee and also rotate to the left and right three times. At that time, hold the wind as intensely as possible. Finally, shake intensely like a wild horse shaking itself and perform one small release. After three such repetitions, perform one large release or three small releases. Visualize a mandala of the sun in each of the palms of the hands and soles of the feet and join them together, or visualize the body blazing like a flickering flame. During these times

Regarding the self-completeness of the thirty-seven movements of the Trul Khor, it is also like a terma son, and because of the key point of being certain as the Dharma Lord, all the Ratna Dharma has a new lineage of the Namchö system. It is also excellent to do the twentieth Trul Khor of the five-fold secret guidance sequence of Ratna. Also, if you want a Trul Khor that is both Namchö and independent, then the ten postures of the obstacle-clearing Namchak Dorje that arise from the De-tu-pa Dharma category, those do not need individual dates and individual mantras, but by holding the breath once in a state of non-objectification, the top knot is released, and it can transform into clearing obstacles, adverse conditions, and faults. Why? Because this is definitely a special obstacle-clearing Trul Khor. When sleeping, also sleep curled up, like a six-linked stove, or like a dog sleeping curled up in a circle, with the two hands crossed covering the two kidneys. If you diligently apply yourself to the Trul Khor with single-pointed focus in this way, then from three to nine days you can endure even in winter with only a cotton cloth, or you can dry a wet cotton cloth, etc., and the power of bliss-warmth will actually arise. If even that cannot generate a very great warmth-bliss, then the extraction of essence is as stated in the scripture: Even if that cannot generate great warmth, all the coarse, medium, and fine channels, all are (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: rang), like large ants, visualize as if destroying an anthill. (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: rang) is the measure of the radiance of each one, visualize as the radiance of the sun. The meaning of this is: When extracting the essence, all the countless channels of the body become entirely red (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: rang) syllables, for example, like destroying the nest of large ants, visualize the radiance and heat of each (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: rang) syllable as being like the mandala and radiance of the sun, and by holding the breath, the (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: rang) syllables burn from all of that, and visualize the entire body as the nature of fire, bright red, and the breath and Trul Khor as before. That will undoubtedly generate warmth-bliss, and if warmth-bliss arises, if you do not control the measure and continuously meditate like that, there is a danger of developing fever, so do not meditate unless it is an important time. The meaning of that is stated in the oral instructions of the scripture: If all the channels become (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: rang) syllables, continuously meditating on that will cause fever, so do not do it unless it is an important time. Thus it is said. If, due to the power of excessive meditation, it becomes an obstacle and fever arises, then the clearing of that obstacle is as stated in the scripture: If the warmth-bliss is too great, it will cause fever, all the flames dissolve into the central channel.
