Just by abiding in the meaning, one is liberated. From the vast expanse of wisdom, in the instant of realizing one's own mind, if one can enter all at once, then there is no long or short duration of meditation. Do not dwell on thoughts of when you will achieve it. Thus it was said. From the scripture on the inseparability of wind and mind, it is said that the best arise all at once, without sequence, and all is in the nature of reality. The intermediate one, according to the "Experience Lamp," says: There is no certainty in practicing Tögal.

Thinking, "The mind or consciousness is limitless and immeasurable"; thinking, "The mind is not existent, as it has no substance; it is not non-existent, as it appears as anything, so it is neither existent nor non-existent"; thinking, "The mind is not established in any way, so it is empty and void." If there is a firm clinging to such certainties, one will fall into the four formless realms. These clingings are also flaws; first, they must arise, and then one should not cling to them supremely, but cultivate them without attachment. The path must reach the junction of rocks; having reached it, one must not err, just as the three ways of straying can also occur in this case. Through hearing and contemplating the meaning of the scriptures, the dry understanding that all phenomena are empty and without self cannot accomplish meditation, but will fall into habit. This will only happen to those with merit, not to others. Reciting the mantra of Svabhava (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, Chinese literal meaning: self-nature) and Shunyata (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: शून्यता, Sanskrit Romanization: śūnyatā, Chinese literal meaning: emptiness), and meditating that all phenomena have become emptiness like the sky, will fall into proliferation and cannot accomplish meditation. This will happen to those who have not received tantric instruction. The five poisons of affliction are enemies that lead us into the prison of samsara; therefore, the method to subdue these enemies is to meditate on emptiness, which will fall into antidote. This mainly happens to Geshes who primarily practice the Shravaka vehicle. Here, in the secret mantra tradition, it is said that not abandoning the five poisons is a vow; therefore, by observing the nature of the five poisons, they are the five wisdoms. Whether one recognizes their nature or not, their function is the same, so do not regard them as enemies. Similarly, thinking that the mind is emptiness and is not stained by good or evil, and not fearing karmic consequences, is the view of the black-mouthed demon. Therefore, the Vidyadhara Nagarjuna said: "If one views emptiness incorrectly, those with inferior wisdom will be destroyed." This is why those who consider themselves practitioners of "Mahamudra" and "Dzogchen" are likely to make this mistake, so detailed practice is very important. Do not dislike the arising of many thoughts; thinking that stopping thoughts and not thinking anything is meditation is the view of Hwashang. Here, whatever thoughts arise, one should observe their nature, and not be selective about the change of location. Although it has been said many times from the preliminaries onwards to leave the mind in an uncorrected state, if one were to summarize, what could be more artificial than that? Saying "relax and remain" means that even if the mind wanders, do not stop it. Therefore, even without attachment to bliss, clarity, and non-thought, bliss, clarity, and non-thought

All three are complete. Realizing the essence of being clear, bright, and nakedly abiding as emptiness. Afterwards, it also subsides into its own place like water and waves, which is the samadhi of abiding with one-pointedness. The signs, benefits, and where such a person will be reborn after death, Rigdzin Garab Dorje said: Having abandoned the hustle and bustle of samsara, when abiding in a solitary place, before the multitude of faults arise, abide as it is. For example, a fearful person, when diligently walking on the path, once he sees his homeland, it is like having no fear. Disgust with the laws of samsara, compassion arises for sentient beings, not clinging to one's own place, desiring to go to a distant other place. When that yogi ceases, he will surely obtain a human body, and having the practice of Dharma, at that time he will see the truth of Dharma. Thus it is said. At that time, only the understanding that all dharmas are mind arises, although realizing that mind is empty, there is still a clinging to the seen and the seer. Activities decline, afflictions rise, and renunciation and renunciation are especially important at this time. Generating faith in the lama, and compassion and love focused on sentient beings, should also be cultivated at this time. Then, this Dzogchen tradition is called the unwavering samadhi. Mahamudra says it is free from elaboration, it is said to be a courageous samadhi that goes beyond all dharmas. All experiences of bliss, clarity, and non-thought disappear like a rainbow. This is the key to practice and the clinging to certainty. The seen and the seer merge into one. There is no this meditation or that meditation, there is no this view or that view, it is like losing the previous meditation. At this time, if one has little learning, one will suffer thinking that the meditation has been lost. Although one tries hard to return to the previous state, it is impossible. If one is too greedy, one will think that there is no meditation and utter many empty words. Saying that there is nothing to meditate on, knowing the nature is enough, and thus placing hope on a dry Mahamudra view, there is a danger of acting improperly and staying. Some people may feel that this is not right, it is gone, and there is a great danger of abandoning it. The lama's introduction is very important, if there is no lama, then by reading the teachings of the great accomplished ones, one will recognize the nature as if meeting it. This is seeing the nature, and the naked ordinary consciousness.
