"The earth, trees, and nagas rejoice in song." After these words were spoken, all those who obstruct enlightenment, primarily the obstructing demons who hinder the practice of vidyā-mantra, such as the eighty thousand types of demons, are included. Dedicate a torma for obstructing demons, targeting all of them. It would be good to complete the "Quick Gathering King." Meditate on yourself as Hayagriva and command the cutting off of boundaries. After the emanated wrathful children have driven the demons to the other side of the ocean, meditate on the protection wheel: The vajra ground is stable and completely pervasive. Above and on the sides are vajra fences. Behind that is a tent of five-colored fire. Behind the vajra ground and fence above and below is a golden wheel, like a hat joined together, with countless spokes rotating to the right like razors. Or two wheels joined together, with the spokes colliding, rotating left and right, cutting off all harm. Or countless small eight-spoked wheels, all transformed into ground, smoke, fence, and tent, each rotating like a mill, cutting off all harm in the gaps between them; choose any of the three. Behind that is a tent ground net fence with jeweled sword hilts. These swords rotate crisscross in the gaps of the net, filled with even smaller gaps. Behind that is a fence of staffs marked with lotuses. Behind that is a ground fence of various vajras, sharp and pointed, with open mouths and rotating fiercely. Behind that is a ground net tent fence of phurbas (ritual daggers). Behind that are various weapons with their points facing outward, such as enemy arrows, razors, water knives, arrows, spears, axes, hammers, ropes, etc., without gaps and unified, rotating fiercely. Behind that is a five-colored fire, burning like the fire at the end of time, seamless like an egg, unbearable to look at, transformed into one mass. Then, the assembly of Hayagriva, those wrathful deities previously generated, gather here, and in the gaps of the protection wheel, countless wrathful children facing outward perform the activity of repelling with the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪). Meditate that those facing inward within the spokes of the wheel hold "rakta" as a protective mantra and perform the activity of protection. The protection of the two wrathful deities considered as one.

Nine successive turnings of the wheel. Within the protective circle, contemplate that the Dharma assembly has been completely gathered, and that all things to be gathered are included. First, for the auspicious connection of encouraging virtue during the day, perform the അനുഗ്രഹ (permission) of the Goddess Who Encourages. Then, usually in the morning, give each of the masses an അനുഗ്രഹ (permission), and in the afternoon, explain a session of guiding Dharma to the Dharma students. Between morning and evening, when there is no Dharma session, have them meditate single-pointedly. First, for the auspicious connection of preventing epidemics from occurring among the masses during the day, perform the അനുഗ്രഹ (permission) of Leaf-Clad Mother, and recite "Om Pishachi Swaha (藏文:ཨོཾ་པི་ཤ་ཙི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ piśa ci svāhā,汉语字面意思:嗡,贝夏,杂,梭哈)", like this for one day, have the masses circumambulate and loudly recite the mantra. Then, because there are also sinful and defiled people among the masses, as well as some who have broken their vows, in order to prevent their defilement from harming others, perform the അനുഗ്രഹ (permission) of Wrathful Heruka Mewe Tsek. In order to prevent oneself from being affected by the defilement of the masses, in the morning In the morning, perform the daily recitation of Leaf-Clad Mother and Mewe Tsek. Visualize Mewe Tsek etc. in the activity vase, and bathe the masses from the surface of the mirror, so that defilements are removed and it serves the purpose of bathing. Without needing to scatter from flowers, aim at the mandala of the entire mass. The offering attendant stands holding the mandala in his hand, and the monks offer the mandala, this is the tradition. Then, after offering the preliminary obstacle-clearing torma, the practice of visualizing the obstacle-clearing mantra is always important, this is what the accomplished Kyer Gangpa said. The rules for being able to give empowerment and teach Dharma to the masses are: from the tantra of Wrathful Heruka Who Conquers the Three Realms: "One should give empowerment to all sentient beings of the three realms. Here, one should not completely examine whether they possess the vessel or not. Why is that? Because merely seeing this mandala, one obtains enlightenment." Thus it is said. Also, "The essence of the Sugata pervades all beings. All these beings are themselves Buddhas. They exist like dancers and beautiful paintings." The meaning of what was said is: If one's own realization is high, then if one realizes that the mind of all Buddhas and the mindstream of all sentient beings, as well as one's own mind-essence, these three are inseparable in essence, then even if one explains profound secret mantras to the masses, one will not commit the transgression of divulging secrets. If the masses receive empowerment and Dharma equally, they become Dharma friends.
