Visualize the deity with a white body, one face, and four arms. Outwardly, it is like a white silk tent. Inwardly, it is empty, like a hollow reed. In the center of that is the central channel, blue in color, about the size of a medium arrow shaft. The upper end is inserted into the crown chakra, and the lower end is inserted into the secret place, slightly disconnected from the secret place. On the right is the red Rasana channel, and on the left is the white Lalana channel, both as thin as the finest arrow shafts. The upper ends are inserted into the two nostrils from above the brain. The lower ends, four fingers below the navel, merge with the central channel like the waist of the letter "ཡི་གེ་ཆ". The crown chakra, the wheel of great bliss, has thirty-two petals, white in color, like medium-sized wheat awns, like an umbrella. The heart is the wheel of dharma, with eight petals, blue in color, like a tent. The navel is the wheel of emanation, with sixty-four petals, various colors, with the tips of the channels slightly pointing upwards. In the center of the navel is a multi-colored ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ) syllable, surrounded by the six-syllable mantra of various colors. When the breath flows through the right nostril, it is male energy, it is affliction, so do not control it. If you control it, it will cause wind disorders. The Rasana and Lalana channels strike the ཨ་ syllable below the navel, like adding fuel to a fire, the flames ignite. All the chakras are gradually filled. Finally, the entire body is filled, and flames shoot out from the pores of the skin. A great fire blazes outside the body. All the impure aggregates, elements, and sense bases of sin and obscuration are burned by the fire of wisdom. Transformed into a pure body of wisdom. From the ཧཾ་ syllable at the crown of the head, a stream of white bodhicitta descends. Filling the chakras of the crown and throat. Arising the wisdom of joy.
