Look at the nature of the mind of the meditator. In the secret place, the red letter "Pra" (Tibetan), all the sins and obscurations of being born as a hungry ghost are dissolved into it, transforming into the realm of the hungry ghosts. Meditate on being in it, experiencing immeasurable suffering of hunger and thirst. Recite seven times "Sarva Preta Ka" (Tibetan, Devanagari: सर्व प्रेत क, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva preta ka, Literal meaning: All hungry ghosts). Now look at the mind. In the navel, a red letter "Tri" (Tibetan), all the sins and obscurations of being born as an animal are dissolved into it, transforming into the realm of animals. Meditate on being foolish and mute. Recite seven times "Sarva Tiryak Ka" (Tibetan, Devanagari: सर्व तिर्यक, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva tiryak, Literal meaning: All animals). Now look at the mind. In the heart, a green letter "Ni" (Tibetan), all the causes of being born as a human are dissolved into it, transforming into the human world of the four continents. Meditate on all the sufferings of birth, old age, sickness, and death. Recite seven times "Sarva Manukha" (Tibetan, Devanagari: सर्व मनुख, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva manukha, Literal meaning: All humans). Then look at the mind. In the throat, a yellow letter "Su" (Tibetan), all the sins and obscurations of being born as an Asura are dissolved into it, transforming into the place of Asura battles. Meditate on being in it, experiencing the suffering of battles, fear, and trembling. Recite seven times "Sarva Asura" (Tibetan, Devanagari: सर्व असुर, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva asura, Literal meaning: All Asuras). Look at the mind of the meditator. In the crown of the head, a white letter "A" (Tibetan), all the causes of being born as a god are dissolved into it, transforming into the realm of gods, such as the six desire realms. Meditate on being born in it, experiencing the suffering of defeat and falling. Recite seven times "Sarva Deva" (Tibetan, Devanagari: सर्व देव, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva deva, Literal meaning: All gods). Thus, the meditator looks at the mind. Thus, all the sufferings of the six realms are the mind. The mind is emptiness. In emptiness, there is no such thing as happiness and suffering. Meditating in this way is the key to cutting off the cycle of the six realms. Now, together, loudly recite the mantra for cutting off the cycle of rebirth: 2 Ashasamasah (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal meaning:). Now, visualize a white "Om" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) at the crown of your head, a red "Ah" (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah) at your throat, and a blue "Hum" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) at your heart. Visualize the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas dissolving into them, transforming into a five-colored fire of wisdom. The six chakras of the body burn the cities and seed syllables of the six realms, and meditate on the realms of the six realms being empty. Together, loudly recite "Om Ah Hum" (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal meaning: Om Ah Hum). Then visualize that you are the essence of the Sangha Jewel, the Bhikshuni Mapama. Recite three times "Namo Sanghaya" (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: namo sanghaya, Literal meaning: Homage to the Sangha). Now, visualize that you are the essence of the Dharma Jewel, the Great Mother.
