Without wavering or instability, keep the gaze steady. Close the lips slightly, leaving a small gap between the teeth. Press the tongue against the upper palate and sit on a comfortable cushion. As stated in the Vajra Garland Tantra: "The practitioner sits on a comfortable seat, the eyes fixed on the tip of the nose, keeping the gaze at the extent of seeing the nose. Shoulders and arms level, tongue touching the palate, teeth and lips resting comfortably. With relaxed inhalation and exhalation, slightly free from effort, the vajra posture is well-established. Thus, endowed with the mudra." As it is said. One should be free from the three faults, as the posture of the body of the four elements is: comfort, lightness, and relaxation, these three. The necessity of arranging in this way is, as stated in the Hevajra: "Great wisdom abides in the body, completely abandoning all thoughts, pervading all things. The body abides, unborn from the body." And as stated in the Seven Hundred Prajnaparamita Sutra: "A son or daughter of good family should rely on a secluded bed cushion, delighting in the absence of crowds, not paying attention to signs, sitting in the lotus posture." And as stated in the Padma Net Tantra: "On a very soft cushion, abide in the vajra posture, straightening the body and lowering the eyes to the tip of the nose. With gentle breath, the tongue should slightly touch the palate. By slightly bending the navel, the mind should abide in mindfulness." Also, Je Düsum Khyenpa (Je Düsum Khyenpa, 1110-1193) said: "When looking at the mountain over there, look from this mountain. If you desire emptiness, determine it within appearance. If you desire the mind to abide, subdue the illusory wheel of the body." In the Great Instructions it says: "Furthermore, the necessity of properly arranging the key points of the body is: By sitting in the lotus posture with the legs, the downward yellow wind enters the central channel, pacifying the affliction of jealousy, and not being obstructed by obstacles. By placing the two hands in the samadhi mudra four fingers below the navel, the water wind enters the central channel, pacifying the affliction of hatred. Straightening the spine like an arrow and spreading the shoulders like the wings of a garuda, the earth wind enters the central channel, pacifying ignorance. By slightly bending the neck towards the chest, the fire wind enters the central channel, pacifying desire. By not closing the eyes and looking at the tip of the nose four fingers away, and by pressing the tongue against the upper palate, the wind of the wind enters the central channel, pride.

Lashi. Makes wisdom clear. That is, the key to the mind is the air, and the key to the air is the pulse. The key to the pulse is in the eyes, so it is very important that the posture is not wrong. In this way, the body is subdued by the five or seven dharmas of meditation, and the five poisons naturally subside. The air and mind naturally enter the central channel, all thoughts naturally stop, and become relaxed, clear, and bright. Realization arises quickly, so the key to the body is very important. If the body is stiff, shaking, etc., and the key is not grasped, thoughts will be scattered and the mind cannot be controlled. If the turning wheel leans to the right, the clear experience will first weaken, and then anger will naturally arise, and there will be threats of harm from demon kings, etc. If it leans to the left, the happiness of the mind will first weaken, and then strong greed will arise, and there will be harm from dragons and female ghosts, etc. If it bends forward, unintentional thoughts will first arise naturally, and then it will turn into ignorance, and there will be harm from earth gods, etc. In particular, if you see two people, etc., discussing things, thinking: These two people seem to be saying bad things about me, or generating unhappiness, etc., many faults of the life-sustaining air being disturbed will arise. If the key to the body leans back, the experience of emptiness will first arise effortlessly, and then afflictions such as pride will arise, and the thoughts of the above-mentioned demons will also appear. In particular, the mind cannot abide and thoughts are scattered. The body will become thin and pale, and the fault of seminal leakage will arise. Therefore, in order not to produce any faults and to perfect all the merits, the key to the body is very important, so it is very important that the turning wheel is not wrong. The five dharmas of meditation are, Lama Zhang's teachings say: There are five keys to the body: straightening like an arrow, hooking like an iron hook, crossing like a fence, fastening like an iron ring, and tightening like a file. Straightening like an arrow is: the spine is straight like an arrow, for example, the straightness of an arrow is not direct straightness, but like the straightness in the direction of bending, the three small abdominal pulses are slightly straight, slightly raising the sitting posture, the necessity of letting go of the body is: the three pulses abide in their own position, Avadhūti naturally arrives, the pulse knots are untied, and the air easily enters the central channel. Hooking like an iron hook is: the throat is slightly naturally hooked, the necessity of doing this is the two right and left pulses
