Ah, all the diseases, demons, sins, and obscurations of the body, like smoke and coal tar, emerge and sink into the ground. The whole body becomes like a clear crystal ball. After visualizing in this way, starting from "General Place," etc., pray to the Great Mother for blessings three, five, or seven times. Or recite as many long "Phets" (ཕཊ།, phaṭ, destruction) as possible until the visualization is clear. Then, dissolve Shakyamuni Buddha and Machig Labdrön (མ་གཅིག, mā gcig, Only Mother) into oneself and the protected one, and vanish into emptiness. Meditate on the emptiness for a moment. Then, the key point of the experience of mixing one's own body with others' bodies, and mixing others' bodies with the mandala of the assembly. If realization is high, visualize one's own body and the protected one's body, speech, and mind as inseparable and one. If realization is low, a shadow will come upon oneself, therefore, transfer one's own and others' consciousness separately, mix the minds, and visualize as a sow. Again, the consciousness transferred in the manner described above, visualize the red sow as larger than Mount Meru. With the heat of the curved knife (གྲི་གུག, gri gug, hooked knife), peel off the skin of the corpse, spreading it throughout the three thousand worlds. On the corpse, make marks of the curved knife with heat, just the right size, forming a sea of flesh and blood. Fill the three thousand worlds with red and shimmering light. Recite the three-syllable (འབྲུ་གསུམ།, 'bru gsum, three seed syllables) mantra, transforming the appearance into flesh and blood, and the essence into a sea of uncontaminated nectar. The outer flesh, inner organs, bone marrow, tendons, etc., take whatever you want, which is known as "Desired Mother." For the complete parts containing flesh, blood, fat, bones, and various internal organs, take them like dividing stars, which is known as "Generous Mother." On the skin, make marks of the curved knife with heat, just the right size, like the eye of a honeycomb, each hole filled with hope. Some holes are filled with flesh, some with blood, some with bones, some with internal organs. Some are filled with gold, turquoise, and other jewels, some with grains, some with medicines, some with silk, and some with armor. Take whatever you want, that is the honeycomb mother. Especially for those who are sick, both oneself and others, eyes, ears, head, and feet, etc., wherever there is disease, visualize the flesh there filling the entire world, and the gods and demons chewing it like crushing grain. Then, blow the leg bone trumpet like this. First, close the mouth three times, do not be afraid, do not be terrified, do not be alarmed, visualize the sound as sound. The sound of blowing the leg bone trumpet three times is: Gather, gather quickly, gather now. Visualize the sound reaching from the peak of existence to the Avici hell. From the peak of existence to the top, take it away. Until the visualization is clear, combine recitation and meditation, making the sound of "Wigla," and the short and intense sound of "Phet" (ཕཊ།, phaṭ, destruction).
