ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར་ནས་སྤྲིན་འཁྲིགས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་སྟེང་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་ནམ་མཁའ་ཁྱབ་ནས་བཞུགས་པར་གྱུར། ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ། དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐྱབས་འོག་ཏུ་བདག་དང་ཡོན་བདག་ལྷ་འདྲེ་གནོད་བྱེད་དང་བཅས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཚུད་ནས། སེམས་དད་ཅིང་གུས་པས་ལུས་ཐལ་མོ་ སྦྱར་ནས། ངག་གིས་སྐྱབས་འགྲོའི་རམ་བུ་འུར་དི་རི་རི་བྱེད་པར་གྱུར། ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ། ན་མོ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ན་བཞུགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། བདག་ཅག་སློབ་དཔོན་གྲྭ་སྡེ་ཡོན་མཆོད་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་སྡང་བར་བྱེད་པའི་དགྲ། གནོད་པར་བྱེད་པའི་བགེགས། ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་གྱིས་ཐར་པ་དགེ་བ་སྒྲུབ་པ་ལ་བར་དུ་གཅོད་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ལོག་འདྲེན་འབྱུང་པོ་མི་དང་མི་མ་ཡིན་པས་ཐོག་དྲངས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་དུས་འདི་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ་ལམ་སྙིང་པོ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་འབྲས་བུ་ལ་མཆིས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ། བདག་སོགས་བླ་མ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ཆོས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །དགེ་འདུན་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ཕྱིའི་སྐྱབས་འགྲོའོ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ན་བཞུགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །རིགས་ལྔའི་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །རིགས་གསུམ་གྱི་མགོན་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ནང་གི་སྐྱབས་འགྲོའོ། །བླ་མ་རྡོ་རྗེ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་ པ་རྣམས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །བཀའ་བརྒྱུད་པའི་བླ་མ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །དྲིན་ཆེན་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །གསང་བའི་སྐྱབས་འགྲོའོ། །རང་སེམས་སྐྱེ་བ་མེད་པ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྐྱབས་འགྲོའོ། །སྙིང་ཁུང་རུས་པའི་གཏིང་ནས་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །སྐྱབས་འོག་དམ་པ་རུ་ཚུད་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། བདག་གཞན་ཐམས་ཅད་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་བརྟེན་ནོ། །ཆོས་ལ་བརྟེན་ནོ། །དགེ་འདུན་ལ་བརྟེན་ནོ། །བདག་གཞན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ལུས་དགེ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ངག་དགེ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཡིད་དགེ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེ་ལྟར་སྐྱབས་སུ་གསོལ་བས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་སྐྱབས་འོག་དམ་པར་ཚུད་དེ། སྐྱོབ་པར་ཞལ་གྱིས་བཞེས་ནས། སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་སྣ་ཚོགས་བྱུང་ནས། བདག་གཞན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་ལ་ཕོག་པས། སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་དག་རུ་ལུས་ཤེལ་སྒོང་ལྟར་སོང་

十方诸佛及菩萨众，如云般密集，遍布上方虚空而安住。帕 帕 帕。（藏文） 我与施主，以及所有鬼神和作害者，皆入于彼等之庇护下。心怀虔诚与恭敬，身合掌，口中发出皈依之洪亮之声。帕 帕 帕。（藏文） 顶礼十方安住之诸佛菩萨，祈请垂念于我。我等师长、僧团、施主眷属等一切众生，所有憎恨者、损害者、以身语意三门阻碍解脱与善行之邪魔外道、鬼神以及人与非人等一切有情，从此时起直至证得菩提果位之间，我等皈依上师，皈依佛，皈依法，皈依僧。外皈依。（藏文） 皈依十方安住之诸佛菩萨，皈依五部如来，皈依三族怙主。内皈依。（藏文） 皈依上师金刚空行眷属，皈依噶举派上师空行眷属，皈依恩重根本上师空行眷属。密皈依。（藏文） 皈依自心无生法身。皈依真如实相。从心髓骨髓深处皈依。祈请纳入殊胜之庇护中。我与他人一切众生，皆依止佛，依止法，依止僧。愿我与他人一切众生之身善妙，语善妙，意善妙。如是祈请皈依，得入三宝之殊胜庇护，蒙受救护之承诺。身语意中发出种种光芒，触及我与他人一切众生之身语意三门，所有罪障皆得清净，身如水晶球般清澈。
English
May all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, gathered like dense clouds, abide filling the sky above. Phat Phat Phat. May I, the patrons, and all the spirits and harm-doers be included under their protection. With minds of faith and reverence, bodies joining palms, may we utter the resounding sound of refuge. Phat Phat Phat. Namo, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas abiding in the ten directions, please consider me. May all sentient beings, beginning with enemies who hate us, obstructors who harm us, evil guides and spirits who obstruct the practice of liberation and virtue with body, speech, and mind, humans and non-humans, from this time until the attainment of the essence of the path, the fruit of enlightenment, take refuge in the Lama, take refuge in the Buddha, take refuge in the Dharma, take refuge in the Sangha. Outer refuge. Take refuge in all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas abiding in the ten directions, take refuge in the Five Tathagatas, take refuge in the Lords of the Three Families. Inner refuge. Take refuge in the Lama, Vajra Dakini and retinue, take refuge in the Kagyu lineage Lamas, Dakinis and retinue, take refuge in the kind root Lama, Dakinis and retinue. Secret refuge. Take refuge in the unborn Dharmakaya of my own mind. Take refuge in Suchness itself. Take refuge from the depths of my heart and bones. Please include me in the sacred refuge. May myself and all others rely on the Buddha, rely on the Dharma, rely on the Sangha. May the body of myself and all others be virtuous, may speech be virtuous, may mind be virtuous. By thus supplicating for refuge, having entered into the sacred refuge of the Three Jewels, and having received the promise of protection, may various rays of light arise from body, speech, and mind, touching the body, speech, and mind of myself and all others, purifying all sins and obscurations, and may the body become like a crystal sphere.
