Tsen Lord Shuwa, the life-taker, and the fierce Tsen Hurwa, the four divisions, the swift eight people, Khasho, and those with four faces and eight heads, etc., the Tsen army that harms people, generally, the gods and demons of appearance and existence, and especially the gods and demons dwelling in this fierce place, by offering this body, flesh, and blood as a sacrificial offering, may you be pleased and satisfied, and may you attain supreme accomplishment. Meditate on the copper tubes sucking away all lung diseases. For those harmed by Tsen and those with lung diseases, do this often. Damtsi, the fire tiger warrior, and wandering house ghosts, local ghosts, and wandering spirits, Chungtsi, the harmful Mug ghosts, etc., the Damtsi that harms people, generally, the gods and demons of appearance and existence, and especially the gods and demons dwelling in this fierce place, by offering this body, flesh, and blood as a sacrificial offering, may you be pleased and satisfied, and may you attain supreme accomplishment. Meditate on the flesh and blood sinking into the lumbar vertebrae, and for the Chungtsi that are stillborn fetuses, do this often to liberate them from their difficult death. From Dorje Lekpa (Vajra Good) downwards, up to the tiny Teurang (local deity), and the many Uwer retinues, the flat-nosed Telmo, etc., the Teurang that harms people, generally, the gods and demons of appearance and existence, and especially the gods and demons dwelling in this fierce place, by offering this body, flesh, and blood as an offering, may you be pleased and satisfied, and may you attain supreme accomplishment. Perform this visualization: Because of being filled with flesh and blood, hatred arises between gods and demons, and the strong devour all the weak. The six main (deities) devour each other. The female demon on the left is devoured by the king on the right. The king on the right is devoured by Rahula above. Rahula is devoured by the benevolent friend Black-faced Fish behind. Black-faced Fish is devoured by the great emanation of the earth lord in front. The earth lord is devoured by the Naga demon below. The Naga demon, like a rainbow dissolving into the sky, meditate on emptiness without object for a moment. Meditate on great compassion for a moment. This is fierce and has great faults, so it should only be decisively cut off once. ༈ A practice that can be done regularly is: Visualize the patient's body filled with flesh and blood, and all the disease demons, consumption, and evil spirits dissolve into it. From the heart of the self-arisen Wrathful Mother, light radiates, and from the state of self-nature, Dakinis white, yellow, red, and green, holding curved knives and skull cups, with wrathful appearances, mostly the immeasurable form of the Wrathful Mother Black, and many retinue gods and demons, inseparable from flesh, blood, disease, and demons, make the sound "Hab," make the sound "Diri Ri" and devour, visualize without remainder. And the sisters Maji Great Vajra, Vajra Little Sister, etc. (Recite:) Hab sound, Phat sound, Diri Ri, Fierce Kan sound, Chemse Chem, Flesh-eating chewing sound, Diri Ri, Blood-drinking slurping sound, Horo Ro, Bone-gnawing teeth sound, Kara La, Foot-stamping sound, Jibse Jib, Joyful laughter, Sharara, Satisfied singing, Kuru Ru. Please come here, enjoy this offering of flesh and blood body. I pray that the gods and demons of phenomenal existence will enjoy it. After the gods and demons of phenomenal existence enjoy it, may they be satisfied with the five desirable qualities and attain supreme accomplishment. Phat, Phat, Phat. This is an extremely profound method for patients suffering from severe demonic possession, to be diligently practiced. After giving material offerings in this way, now give the Dharma offering: Transform yourself into the Wrathful Mother, visualize in front of the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, who has transformed into the size of Mount Sumeru, all the gods, demons, and harmful beings, with devotion and reverence, joining their palms, listening to the Dharma.
