From the peak of existence to the Avici hell, the gods and demons of existence, the demons of dwelling places, the demons of the body, and all beings who lead astray, instantly and quickly gather here! May the body of myself and the assembled beings never perish, and may the bodies of samsara from beginningless time be exhausted in meaningless places of samsara. This time, this body must be abandoned no matter what. The karmic results of past actions, the harmful demons, you demons, this body of mine, eat a hundred or a thousand of it today. May the upper half of the corpse be taken by the eight gods above, may the lower half of the corpse be taken by the eight nagas below, may the heart be taken by the eight classes of gods and demons, may the five senses be taken by the gods and demons of existence, take it to the top of the mountain and the center of the vast plain, take it to the crossroads and the center of the river, burn it in the depths of the sea and in the fire of the eon. Now, flesh, bones, heart, internal organs, skin, brain, fat, marrow, pieces of meat and drops of blood, even a single speck of earth, may all of it be taken away quickly. Take all of those and eat them, take them away and let them be satisfied. Dedicate this virtue for the sake of sentient beings. When the target is not clear, recite "PHAT PHAT PHAT". Then, offer the body as a tsokhor: By transferring consciousness, with a curved knife the size of Vajravarahi, which is your own mind, cut open the skull of the corpse, put the corpse inside, cut the body into pieces, and place three skulls underneath.
