The method of. To look at the mind with the mind. Decide that there is nothing to meditate on. If the mind is not seen when looked at. It is seeing the emptiness of ultimate truth. Decide to meditate on that. It is pleasant to stay and painful to move. Even if you see it like that at first. There is no good or bad in water and waves. Stay and move Without making a choice. Whatever arises, look at its own face. Decide that it is practice. If you don't know your own face. No matter what good or bad you think of. Decide that it is a mistake. Therefore, do not be distracted by the shepherd of mindfulness. Like taking care of a bowl of butter. Protect your own mind in all actions. If you can take care of your own mind like that. Even the market is quiet. If you can't take care of your own mind. Even if you do a dark retreat, it is useless. Watch your own mind again and again. The first experience is like the water of a steep mountain. The mind does not stay for a moment, it runs turbulently. The thought arises that there is no meditation. It is a sign of meditation, don't be sad. The second experience is like the water of a sandy field. The mind is sometimes slow and sometimes busy. It is pleasant to stay and painful to move. Do not choose to stay and move. It is enough to know the meaning, there is no good or bad. The third experience is like the water of a great river. The mind stays for a long time like a lake. The movement in the state of mind is also. Like the waves in a big river. The thought of meditation arises and joy arises. The fourth experience is like the great ocean. The mind stays for a long time like a lake. The movement in the state of mind is also. Like fish swimming in a clear sea. It seems almost inseparable from all actions. If meditation is born well, joy is born. Those experiences are not fixed in time. There may be only a moment or a few days. It may be a few months or years. If you do not give up and practice constantly. Then a good experience of mind, ease, clarity, and non-thought arises. It is not the blessing of the Lama. It is not because of the profound Dharma. From countless eons ago. Mind itself is Dharmakaya. Because I didn't know it was that. It appears to be wandering in samsara due to faults. Although the mind itself has been introduced as Dharmakaya. But those thoughts that are not true. It is because of bad karma and obscurations. Now decide that your own mind is. It is Dharmakaya. This is to look at the mind with the mind. Decide that this is practice.

Abiding is the nature of the Dharmakaya, Awareness is the Sambhogakaya, Movement is the Nirmanakaya, These three are inseparable in nature, Called the Svabhavikakaya. The nature of the four bodies of the Buddha, Is inherently complete in one's own mind. Realizing this brings great bliss, Not realizing it is the ocean of suffering of samsara. Samsara and Nirvana, The difference is only in realization and non-realization. Dualistic thoughts and the Dharmakaya, The difference is only in awareness and non-awareness. Therefore, look at your own mind yourself. Saying "Leave the mind uncorrected in its own place," The words are easy to say, but difficult to understand. When the mind abides, there is a hope of joy, When the mind wanders, there are two doubts of displeasure. When meditation arises well, there is one hope, When meditation does not arise, there are two doubts. When the mind is clear, there is one hope of joy, When the mind is murky, there are two doubts of displeasure. There is one hope to see the mind, There are two doubts of fearing not seeing the nature of the mind. There is one hope to arise meditation without fault, There are two doubts of obstacles, faults, losing ground, and weariness. For those thoughts of the mind, The mind is not uncorrected, but corrected. Now it is looking at the mind with the mind. The mind is like a shepherd not forgetting, Throwing the thoughts of hoping for good and fearing bad behind. Loosen the mind, let it relax and be natural. By placing it like that, there is nothing else to see, Like looking at the empty space in between. Form is without substance, seen as emptiness. Although this view is clear in the mind, It is impossible to express it in words. Like a mute eating sugar, Although it cannot be expressed in words, it is clear to oneself. The mind is at ease, the experience is at ease, the body is at ease, the mind is at ease. The mind becomes soft and relaxed. The mind is clear, the experience is empty, naked and bright, Appearing like the center of a clear sky. The mind is emptiness, the experience is all emptiness, This body also appears as if it does not exist. Do not be attached to good experiences, look at its nature. The mind is rough, the experience is the fault of wandering thoughts. The mind is invisible, like a whirlwind. When the mind is uncomfortable, whatever the five poisons arise, Do not see them as faults, relax and look. The mind is submerged, dark, murky, and foggy. Mind Even if you look, you cannot find anything to see, Straighten the body, and with the sky, Mix the mind without distinction, look at its nature. The mind is visible, clear, and naked, As soon as it arises from the depths of one's own awareness.
