再次观察而显现。 九乘之顶峰，普贤王如来的教言。 无需修习即能成佛， 甚为稀有奇特。 因新派教法中没有， 故庸俗之辈难以入耳。 对他人保密是誓言， 不保密则护法降罪。 之后若能认识心的本性， 大手印、大圆满、双运的修持， 即以眼观彩虹光点。 彼时分别念不会散乱， 心安住于彩虹之上， 观其自性， 明空双运， 则会真实显现，效果立竿见影。 如是修持， 在邬金莲花生大士的甚深教法中， 没有比这更高的法， 没有比这更深的法， 没有比这更简易的法， 没有比这更近的路。 如是修持之人， 去世后会有彩虹、光蕴舍利， 骨灰中定会出现天神等。 如今寿命五十大限， 乃至寿命十岁终结时， 普贤王如来心髓之教法， 大圆满法极易解脱。 释迦牟尼佛的教法仅是象征性的时代， 即使新派修习， 征兆稀少，难以解脱。 此理于大圆满法中已述。 因此，大手印、大圆满、双运的， 简明易懂、言简意赅的观修， 不做引经据典等， 即刻说出心中所想。 为利益ཆམ་ཕུ་དབུ་མཛད（Cham Pu Umdze）， 圆满了引导次第。 汇集了阿努瑜伽、阿底瑜伽的修持， 玛哈瑜伽的修持是， 早晚有空闲时，修持金刚橛的， 事业仪轨等，供朵玛或， 恒常修持生起次第和念诵。 仅此修持， 即归属于旧密宗之列， 被说是邬金莲师的追随者。 如是རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱ（Rāga Asya）所说， 舍弃了隐藏的心里话。 第七世，康区上部囊谦（nang chen，今青海玉树囊谦县）昂冈（འབང་སྒང་།， ngang gang）工艺文化显密正法兴盛洲古籍修复室整理出版。 赐予ཆམ་ཕུ་དབུ་མཛད（Cham Pu Umdze）的大手印、大圆满、双运修持引导略集。

Appears upon further looking. The ultimate of the nine vehicles, the teachings of Kuntu Zangpo. Amazing, one becomes a Buddha without meditation, because it is not in the new traditions. Because it cannot be contained in the ears of ordinary people, it is a secret vow to others. If not kept secret, the Dharma protectors will punish. Then, if you know how to cherish the nature of the mind, the practice of Mahamudra, Dzogchen, and Yuganaddha, is to look at rainbows and light spots with your eyes. At that time, conceptual thoughts will not arise, and the mind will abide in the rainbows. Looking at its essence, the union of clarity and emptiness, will actually appear and the benefits will be immediate. When practicing in this way, in the profound Dharma of the great Orgyen, there is no higher vehicle than this. There is no deeper Dharma than this. There is no easier Dharma than this. There is no closer path than this. For a person who practices in this way, in the past, there will be rainbow light relics, and gods will definitely come to the bones. Now, at the end of fifty years of life, up to the end of ten years of life, the teachings of the heart essence of Kuntu Zangpo, Dzogchen practitioners easily attain liberation. In the era when Shakyamuni's teachings are only symbolic, even if new practitioners practice, there are few signs and it is difficult to attain liberation. This is stated in the Dzogchen teachings. Therefore, the easy-to-understand and concise contemplation of Mahamudra, Dzogchen, and Yuganaddha, without making citations, etc., speak immediately what comes to mind. For the benefit of Cham Pu Umdze, the stages of guidance are completed. It includes the practices of Anu Yoga and Ati Yoga. The practice of Maha Yoga is, in the morning and evening whenever you have time, practice the Vajrakila, such as activity rituals, offer tormas, or constantly practice the generation stage and recitation. Just by practicing this much, you belong to the ranks of the Ancient Secret Mantra, and it is said that you are a follower of Orgyen. Thus said Rāga Asya, abandoning the hidden heart words.
