CMR051 0004.The Quintessential Instructions on the Five Nails for Clearing Obstacles by the Glorious Naropa.g2.0f

Having abandoned all coarse discriminations, like fish leaping in a clear lake, from that clear light, the Bardo Union Vajra Body will manifest, thereby attaining supreme accomplishment. Third, the subsequent instructions are: If consciousness is not clear at the time of death, or if one cannot meditate with intense key points, or if there is no opportunity to meditate due to sudden death, or if one has not been sufficiently accustomed to clear light in the past, so that one does not grasp the clear light of death and dies in an ordinary way, then, for example, if one has a strong intention in one's mind before going to sleep at night to do some important work the next morning, one will remember it as soon as one wakes up in the morning. Previously, due to the power of the strong tendencies of death, in the bardo, one recognizes the bardo and understands its characteristics, thereby reversing the attachment to the mind and body of the bardo, and liberating oneself from the bondage of mistaken self-grasping. At that very moment, there is no doubt that one will attain the supreme accomplishment of Mahamudra. If one says that one does not recognize the bardo at that time, the bardo will last from seven days to seven weeks, and the appearance of death will occur once each week. At that time, the clear light of reality and the bardo body will also manifest. At those times, merely by remembering the power of previous tendencies and recognizing the clear light and the bardo, one will be liberated from it, and it is impossible not to attain the state of union. Therefore, a yogi who possesses such instructions should know that death itself is the cause or quality of attaining supreme accomplishment. The peg of taking death as a companion. Homage to the Guru. If a yogi who practices the path feels unwell due to the differences in the channels and winds, the third peg is to focus on objects that have pleasurable sensations. If strong desire and afflictions arise from sexual intercourse, then here, the path of Secret Mantra Vajrayana is taught for the sake of those disciples who have desire. One should transform that affliction into a path of merit through the instructions of the guru. As it is said in the Glorious Guhyasamaja Tantra: "For the sake of those with desire, that action is Vajrasattva." And also in the Glorious Chakrasamvara Tantra: "Looking, laughing, holding hands, embracing, and engaging in union, and so on."

The tantra is explained in four ways. This is said considering the four ways of formation. Also, in the Hevajra it is said: Just as fire burns, and then fire is used to scorch again. Similarly, when burned by the fire of desire, desire itself is used to scorch. Beings are bound by what and what from unbearable actions. If one has the means, then by that (bondage) itself, one is liberated from the bondage of existence. This reversed meditation is not known by Buddhists and non-Buddhists. Because these and other things are said. There are two ways to raise it as a path: approach and practice. There are four approaches: holding the bindu, reversing upwards, planting the root eyes, and mixing with the wind. The first has four key points: The key point of time is when there is no change, there is pain, afflictions do not arise spontaneously, and the bindu descends to the secret place. The key point of the body is in accordance with tummo. The key point of the place is great bliss at the crown of the head, or at the lower gate in the secret place. The key point of knowledge is to do some wind practice and then rest. If you release it together without conceptualization, you will grasp it. The second, reversing the bindu, relies on three wheels: The wheel of speech is to inhale a little air, and recite "ka hik ka hik" once in one breath. The wheel of the body is to contract the lower gate and attach the intestines to the spine. The wheel of mind is to visualize the bindu of the secret place like an arrow shot, upwards from the central channel, dissolving into the Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the crown of the head like a thin mist. If it does not reverse with one time, reciting "hik ka" twenty-one or five times will reverse the bindu. The third is planting the bindu in the root eyes: Plant the index finger of the left hand in front of you on the ground, shift the weight of the body and sit for a while, and it will dissolve into the root eyes. The fourth is mixing: After that, draw the upper wind in, strongly tighten the lower wind upwards, and do a strong vase breathing. At that moment, release that which has scattering together without conceptualization, and you will be liberated from the fault of leaking and transferring, and the wisdom of non-leaking, blissful clarity, and non-conceptualization will arise. If that does not eliminate it, then in order to eliminate that fault by raising the bliss, practice.
