There are forty great lakes. To tame the six realms, he manifests as six Gurus. I prostrate and praise the incarnate body of Orgyen. On every tenth day of the waxing and waning moon, with countless emanations and a retinue of dakinis, he constantly wanders through hundreds of thousands of regions in Tibet. I prostrate and praise Orgyen, the compassionate one. Padmasambhava, possessing sixty kinds of clairvoyance, constantly knows all the thoughts in the minds of all sentient beings, all the movements of their minds. Wherever all sentient beings are born in their lifetimes, he sees the good and bad karma and karmic connections of that life. Whatever benefits them in the future, wherever they are born, he does that. I prostrate and praise Orgyen, who possesses clairvoyance. All sentient beings, each in their own language, he understands everything they say without confusion. He constantly listens and knows all their prayers. Praise to Orgyen, the lord with the vajra ears. Six times day and night, he watches over the sentient beings of the six realms with loving-kindness and compassion. For the sake of benefiting and protecting them, in each and every emanation, although you are present beside them, because they are obscured by obscurations, there is no opportunity to meet you, and for those without faith, there is no opportunity for compassionate blessings to enter. I prostrate to Orgyen, the compassionate one. He subdues all demons and evil spirits with his power. He possesses great power to control karma. He can avert bad karma, except for karma that ripens in this lifetime. He can make the sun and moon fall, and raise the ocean to the sky. He can throw Mount Meru into a heap, and reverse east and west. He possesses the miraculous power to transform earth and stones into gold and silver. I prostrate and praise Orgyen, the powerful one. Your qualities are equal to the extent of the sky. Even if all the Buddhas were to speak of them, they would not be exhausted, so how could a fool like me praise you? However, it is like taking a drop of water from the great ocean. By praising you on the auspicious tenth day of the monkey month of the monkey year, may we quickly obtain the yellow scroll treasure of your unchanging vajra prophecy, and may we and our retinue overcome obstacles and demonic forces, and may there be no obstacles to achieving enlightenment.
