Unable to walk steadily, not knowing how to go, without migration, Ah Tsama. That eight-gated revolving star window, Like a house with eight gates above and below, it is easy to walk and go there. Endless cycle, Ah Tsama, not knowing that you will die, When giving food and wealth, grasping and hoarding are mixed. Great attachment and clinging, Ah Tsama, not believing when food is cut off, Knowing death brings only sorrow. Remembering sins, choking and sobbing, what power do you have, Ah Tsama? Those forty-two peaceful deities, intending to lead to the pure land, like a thousand suns rising together, Their glory is too great to bear looking at. Evil karma sentient beings, Ah Tsama, those six paths of the six realms of samsara, Like a smooth path on a slope, with wide steps, they desire to go. Six realms of suffering, Ah Tsama, The Vidyadhara heroes and heroines, intending to lead to the Khechara realm, but the welcomers seem like robbers, Due to the power of evil karma, they are seen as Rakshasas. In the charnel ground, they fear the Dharma, breaking vows, Ah Tsama. Those fifty blood-drinking wrathful deities, intending to show the face of the Yidam, but due to the power of evil karma, They are seen as Yama. Fainting and falling uncontrollably, not knowing the truth, Ah Tsama. Those four sounds of the Bardo of fear, like a thousand dragons roaring at once, like a trumpet in a child's ear, Brain blood boiling, Ah Tsama. Those eight terrifying and fearful straits, like a serious offender imprisoned, "Sod Sod Gyob Gyob" fills the valley, without protector or refuge, Ah Tsama. When wandering in the Sipa Bardo, Like a child abandoned on the northern plains, alone and without help, Ah Tsama. That birthplace of the six realms of samsara, Like a penis hanging upside down, seeing it as good, they run towards it. Great suffering, Ah Tsama. When such a situation occurs, do not hope for refuge elsewhere. Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara, at that time, please seize with the hook of compassion, Pity and seize me, a beggar child. Grant refuge and protection to this gathering. Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) is the blessing of the body arising in the body. May the blessings of the body of the Great Compassionate One enter the bodies of those gathered here! Ma (藏文:མ,梵文天城体:म,梵文罗马拟音:ma,汉语字面意思:玛) is the blessing of speech arising in speech. May the blessings of the speech of the Great Compassionate One enter the speech of those gathered here! Ni (藏文:ཎི,梵文天城体:णि,梵文罗马拟音:ṇi,汉语字面意思:尼) is
