Expel the bad food eaten in the stomach! Expel the inferior clothes worn on the body! Expel unclean things, evil directions, and cut off demons! Expel uncleanliness, shame, and possession! Expel uncleanliness, defilement, and contamination! Expel all diseases of the body! Expel all the sufferings of the mind! Expel the sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind!
