May there be auspiciousness! May the epidemics of humans and livestock in the region be eradicated, may there be good harvests, abundant crops, and perfect happiness and well-being. May it become bright, harmonious, and clear, and may the Secret Mantra teachings flourish and be auspicious! Thus, the ritual of the Vajra Destroyer Bath is perfectly completed, and a mandala of gratitude is offered, along with earth, incense, etc. This text, which comes from the practice methods of the Namchö (Sky Dharma), is in the form of a supplementary completion. It is a summary of the Vajra Destroyer Bath according to the tradition of the Nyingma master Vimalamitra, compiled and versified by Je Rangjung. This does not require abstaining from meat and alcohol like the new Kriya Tantra tradition, so it is more lenient. In the new tradition, the long mantra of Vajra Destroyer needs to be recited one million times, but due to the times, four million recitations are required. A bath without completing the recitation has little blessing, and it is difficult to complete the recitation. However, this short mantra of the Namchö can be accomplished by reciting 300,000 times or even just for seven days, so it is easy to achieve.
