The one with a horse head, the female demon, the Rakshasa woman, the woman with disheveled hair. The Naga demon, the earth lord, the snake-headed one, these three are arranged in a clean vessel such as a wooden plank. Also, sweet flag, pieces of meat, cloves, various grains, various foods, various silks, wool, dyes, etc., a hundred or whatever is available, are arranged in one vessel. Then, the patient or the benefactor, whoever it is, is called to the front, and refuge and bodhicitta are taken as usual. Pour bathwater into the torma and add milk. Oneself, in an instant, perfects the recollection of the dark blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), from which light radiates, acting for the benefit of the noble ones and sentient beings, withdrawing and completely transforming, in that very instant, into the wrathful Smewatsekpa, with a dark blue body, three faces and six arms, the right side white, the left side blue, the middle dark blue, the first two hands at the heart making the threatening mudra, the next two holding a vajra and bell, and the next two holding a vajra hook, clearly appearing. At the heart, on a sun disc, a dark blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) syllable, surrounded by mantra rotating to the right, from which white light radiates, dispelling all obscurations and impurities, like sunlight hitting mist. The light rays of the mantra dissolve into the bathwater, transforming it into wisdom nectar that dispels obscurations. Oṃ Arci Marci Bharsuṃ Mahā Svanātaya Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ Svāhā (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨརྩི་མརྩི་བྷར་སུཾ་མ་ཧཱ་སྭ་ན་ཏ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊཕཊསྭཱ་ཧཱ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ arci marci bharsuṃ mahā svanātaya hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Radiance, Radiance, Burning, Great, Sound, Giving, Hūṃ, Hūṃ, Phaṭ, Phaṭ, Svāhā!) Recite this no less than seven times, as much as possible. Then, on top of the fire, have the benefactor bathe, wash hands, rinse the mouth, cleanse the five senses with a mirror, and pour the bathing ransom into the fire. Then, after the Smewatsekpa mantra above, add: Oṃ E Ho Śuddhe. Yaṃ Ho Śuddhe. Raṃ Ho Śuddhe. Bi Ho Śuddhe. Laṃ Ho Śuddhe. Then, to summon the obstructing spirits: First, one should have the pride of the wrathful deity, Hūṃ! Utter a terrifying Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) sound, firmly proclaiming. Praise completely: Hūṃ! If one can summon empty space, what need is there to mention objects? If one can summon the formless, what need is there to mention the formed? If one can summon the bodiless, what need is there to mention the embodied? If one can summon the mindless, what need is there to mention the mindful? If one can summon those beneath the earth, what need is there to mention those above the earth? If one can summon the powerful, what need is there to mention the powerless? If one can summon the Dharma protectors, what need is there to mention the kinds of obstructing spirits? If one can summon the mighty ones,

If even those can be summoned, what need is there to mention karmic debts? Please summon the male demon spirit here. Please summon the female demon Rakshasi here. Please summon the Naga demon earth lord here. Please summon the old oath-bound ghost here. Please summon the fresh, new ghost here. Please summon the wandering village ghost here. Please summon the disease demon, evil obstacle here. Please summon all harm-doers here. Please summon all without exception. Hūṃ. By all the Buddhas of the three times, the messenger who summons all is, the wrathful one named Taki, spirits, humans, and non-humans, please come to this form. Sprinkle clean water on the forms of the three demons. Oṃ śuddhe śudhana ye svāhā. By the blessings of Shakyamuni, in the empty space of the palm mudra, as the white A syllable radiates light, holding the ransom offering substances, all impure defilements, transform into the essence of ultimate emptiness. Oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ. In the center of the three-tiered perfection in front, the main male demon is, the black spirit with a horse's head, to the right, the main female demon is, the black woman with blood-matted hair, to the left, the main Naga demon is, the green Naga demon with a snake's head, these three surrounded by demons and obstacles, like a marketplace gathering. For me and the patrons, not causing illness or accidental death, possessing the hand seal of promise and acceptance, their hearts marked with their respective seed syllables. In front of each of them, in large offering vessels that suit their minds, within the space of three thousand worlds, from the syllable Khaṃ, arises a mighty person, the upper body made of gold, the lower body made of turquoise, the waist made of coral, the hands made of gold and silver, the feet made of copper and iron, with the essence of flesh as the heart, pearls as the brain, intestines as eyes, peacock feathers as hair, coral as the tongue, bee's teeth as teeth, the five aggregates, twelve sources, and eighteen realms all complete, skilled in speech, the tongue nimble, the walker swaying gracefully, from one, emanates hundreds, thousands, millions, and billions, appearing before the eyes of gods, demons, and obstructors of existence, a superior offering better than humans, a boy like a son of the gods, bless with the seven heroic syllables. Recite in the mouth: Oṃ bhrūṃ āḥ hūṃ trāṃ khaṃ hūṃ. Recite three times. Self
