Those fellows, in an instant, Hook them, as if bound by five bonds. Hūṃ. The gentle one and the king of beasts, I invite to come and partake of the torma and ransom. The desiccator, the forgetter, the fist-holder, I invite to come and partake of the torma and ransom. The Matri and the Jāmika, I invite to come and partake of the torma and ransom. The desirous one and the boat, I invite to come and partake of the torma and ransom. The foul one and the displeaser, I invite to come and partake of the torma and ransom. The bird and the neck-handed one, I invite to come and partake of the torma and ransom. The face-adorned one and the squint-eyed one, I invite to come and partake of the torma and ransom. Whoever dwells in earth, water, fire, and wind, And in trees and forests, The gods, nāgas, yakshas, rākshasas, Human and non-human, and flesh-eaters, The gandharvas, foul ones, and the host of Matris, And many thousands of retinues, When I invite you to take the small ransom, Do not come with an angry, fierce mind, I invite you to come with a loving mind.
