名為遍入之尋香，尋香畢夏巴那，名為欲語之鬼類，名為普皆思欲之，夜叉瓦拉黑之類，臨終眾生吸其精，以其執取蘊身故，是名為食鬼。取已逝者之身，作存活者之殺者，是故名為殺者。化為亡者之親眷，云汝之父母即我，云汝之親友即我，發出淒厲之哀嚎，生起貪執之悲傷，不令獲得解脫者，以鐵與石為之，故名死殺、鬼鐵。億萬無數之眾，汝等所有眷屬，此具飾之殺供食，各自取悅己意之，受用獲得廣大財，宿債舊債願清淨。執亡者之上首，作存活者之殺者，莫作生魔鬼鐵，以慈悲心而安住。復有殺者尋香之類，如目犍連子所見，於諸方所奔馳者，屬於鬼類億萬數，名為食鬼遊蕩殺者，如是之類所有者，此恆常之殺供食供養，僅以布施願滿足，願息滅飢渴痛苦。諸法皆從因緣生，彼因如來已宣說，彼之滅除為何者，大沙門如是宣說。莫作任何諸惡業，圓滿奉行諸善事，調伏自心極清淨，此乃諸佛之教法。以自身為例，莫害他人。 自作自受乃罪業，火亦可能變寒冷，風亦可能為索縛，日月亦可能墜落地，勝者之語不可能虛假，是故莫違勝者之語。莫損害及加害，施主人財眷屬。此後將供品轉向外，奇哉！諸方亦皆彼方，太陽升起之東方彼方，殺者人身龍頭者，右手持殺者之斧，左

And the gandharva named Pervader, and the gandharva Pishapana, and the class of demons called Desiring to Speak, and the class of yakshas Varahi called Desiring to Contemplate. At the time of death, all beings consume their essence. Because they seize the aggregates as self, they are called corpse-eaters. Having taken the form of the deceased, they act as executioners of the living. Therefore, they are called executioners. They transform into the relatives of the dead, saying, "I am your parents," "I am your relatives." They cry out with piercing wails, arousing attachment and sorrow, not allowing liberation to be attained, turning them into iron and stone. Therefore, they are called death-executioners, ghost-iron. O countless billions, all of you with your retinues, accept this adorned executioner's torma. May you obtain great wealth and enjoyment, each according to your own mind. May karmic debts and old debts be purified. Seizing the spirits of the dead, acting as executioners of the living, do not become living demons, ghost-iron. Abide with a mind of loving-kindness. Furthermore, the classes of executioners and gandharvas, as seen by Maudgalyayana, those who run in all directions, countless billions belonging to the ghost class, called corpse-eating wandering executioners, to all such classes, I offer this constant executioner's torma. May you be satisfied by merely giving, may hunger and thirst and suffering be pacified. All phenomena arise from causes. The Tathagata has spoken of that cause. What is the cessation of that? The great renunciate has spoken thus: Do not commit any evil deeds, fully practice all virtuous deeds, completely subdue your own mind. This is the teaching of the Buddhas. Taking yourself as an example, do not harm others. What you do yourself is your own sin. Fire may become cold, wind may be caught by a lasso, the sun and moon may fall to the ground, but the words of the Victorious One cannot be false. Therefore, do not break the words of the Victorious One. Do not harm or injure the patrons, people, wealth, and retinues. Then, turning the offering outwards, Alas!
