不要勾引！不要潜入女人的子宫！不要从小杀死幼小的老鼠！不要抢夺家里的财物！不要偷窃洞里的权势！不要光顾这户人家！以前所做的伤害会让你自己毁灭。因此，不要伤害，要守持正法！以自己的身体为榜样，不要伤害其他众生！以前所做的不善业，来世的果报会降临到自己身上。我们是持咒瑜伽士，听从真实的教诲！接受加持的替身朵玛，从此以后不要再伤害这个眷属！各自回到自己的住所，安乐地待着！你想要吃人的肉，这肉是圣母佛眼，吃了会堵住你的喉咙！你想要喝人的血，这血是圣母嘛嘛嘎（藏文：མཱ་མ་ཀཱི།，梵文天城体：मामाकी，梵文罗马拟音：māmakī，汉语字面意思：嘛嘛嘎）。喝了会堵住你的喉咙！你想要暖和人的体温，这体温是圣母白衣，暖和了会堵住你的喉咙！你想要粗暴地对待人的呼吸，这呼吸是圣母誓言度母，吸了会堵住你的喉咙！食物的残渣迅速地降临！还有，黑色的女人非常愚痴，赶走九只黑猪！黑色的女人非常贪婪，赶走九只黑鸟！黑色的女人非常嗔恨，赶走九条黑蛇！黑色的女人非常嫉妒，赶走九条黑狗！你不要太执着于酸味，如果太执着于酸味，会转生到愚痴的畜生道，永远无法从愚蠢的境地解脱！你不要太执着于白色，如果太执着于白色，会转生到吝啬的饿鬼道，永远无法从饥渴的境地解脱！你不要太执着于红色，如果太执着于红色，会堕入无法解脱的地狱道，永远无法从寒热的痛苦中解脱！ 听从法性真理的教诲！接受这份供养的替身朵玛，不要执着，不要依恋，断绝魔障！各自回到自己的住所，安乐地待着！星星闪烁如酥油灯，幻觉如露珠水泡，梦境如闪电云彩，一切和合之法都应如此看待。守护身体是好的，守护语言是好的，守护意念是好的，在一切时处守护都是好的。凭借宣说佛陀教言的力量，愿你们这些凶恶残暴之徒平息下来，获得菩提心！

Do not seduce! Do not lurk in a woman's womb! Do not kill the young mice from a young age! Do not rob the wealth of the household! Do not steal the power of the cave! Do not frequent this household! The harm done in the past will destroy you. Therefore, do not harm, uphold the Dharma! Take your own body as an example, do not harm other sentient beings! The non-virtuous deeds done in the past, the karmic results in the future will befall you. We are mantra-holding yogis, listen to the truthful teachings! Accept the blessed effigy offering, from now on do not harm this retinue! Each return to your own abode, dwell in peace! You want to eat human flesh, this flesh is the Mother Buddha's Eye, eating it will block your throat! You want to drink human blood, this blood is the Mother Mamaki (藏文：མཱ་མ་ཀཱི།，梵文天城体：मामाकी，梵文罗马拟音：māmakī，汉语字面意思：Mamaki). Drinking it will block your throat! You want to warm yourself with human warmth, this warmth is the Mother White Robe, warming yourself will block your throat! You want to treat human breath harshly, this breath is the Mother Samaya Tara, inhaling it will block your throat! May the remnants of food quickly descend! Furthermore, the black woman is very ignorant, chase away the nine black pigs! The black woman is very greedy, chase away the nine black birds! The black woman is very hateful, chase away the nine black snakes! The black woman is very jealous, chase away the nine black dogs! You should not be too attached to sourness, if you are too attached to sourness, you will be reborn in the ignorant animal realm, and you will never be liberated from the state of foolishness! You should not be too attached to whiteness, if you are too attached to whiteness, you will be reborn in the miserly preta realm, and you will never be liberated from the state of hunger and thirst! You should not be too attached to redness, if you are too attached to redness, you will fall into the hell realm from which there is no liberation, and you will never be liberated from the suffering of heat and cold! Listen to the teachings of the truth of Dharma! Accept this offered effigy offering, do not be attached, do not be attached, cut off the demonic obstacles! Each return to your own abode, dwell in peace! Stars flicker like butter lamps, illusions are like dewdrops and bubbles, dreams are like lightning and clouds, all compounded phenomena should be viewed in this way. Guarding the body is good, guarding speech is good, guarding the mind is good, guarding in all places is good. By the power of proclaiming the Buddha's teachings, may you cruel and violent ones be pacified and attain Bodhicitta!
