Seven hunters are covered by thick black clouds - also called the seven heavenly dog brothers. It will rain in two days, and it will be covered by yellow in the same way. It will rain in three days, day and night. If it is covered by red, it will rain in five days. If it is covered by white, it will rain in ten days. The clouds gather together, like bird feathers, drifting from east to west, drifting from south to north, clouds and rainbows form red and blue, it will rain. Similarly, if lakes and springs dry up, it is a sign that the dragon god has no ability to bring rain. If lepers, patients, blind people, etc. appear, making efforts to perform dragon rituals, it seems that it will rain. Do not perform important rain-making ceremonies within three days, if there are no signs in three or five days, it is difficult to rain, often recite deity mantras and dragon mantras in the morning, and also frequently move the red horses to the water's edge, loudly recite mantras that mix tranquility and fierceness, stir the lakes and springs with pegs, shout loudly in the evening, recite mantras, and whip with thorns.

Oneself as Vajrapani, emanated from the heart, manifesting the ten wrathful deities and the assembly of Rakshasas, from the nine levels beneath the earth and the depths of the oceans, and from the border seas, the seas of play, etc., driving and summoning the Nagas, depriving them of their freedom. Causing them to tremble in fear, losing their autonomy. Thunder, lightning, and heavy rain spread throughout the world. Recite the mantra thus, fiercely and swiftly. By reciting thus, it is certain to come. Even if it is difficult to come, go to another fierce spring nearby, during the interval of the spell, cover the spring and lake with a grass mat. Erect three stakes on it, and cover it with a stone slab. On top of that, make a dough frog, mix various poisons and blood in a container. Hum! Oneself, in essence, is the Yidam deity, in the form of the Naga demon Nararaja. The upper jaw is like a crocodile, the mouth touches the sky.
