Then perform the action of gathering clouds. Hung. Visualize yourself as the secret master Vajrapani, or whichever wrathful deity is your yidam, clearly. Visualize the crown of your head adorned with five garudas. Emanate from your heart a black person, holding an iron net, spreading immeasurably. Oppress all the nagas below and above the earth, causing them to stir. Gather all the clouds that pervade the sky in all directions and pile them up in the sky in front of you. With a clean head cloth or coarse cloth, fan your own head or in the ten directions. Or scoop water with a copper basin or copper vessel, and recite: Atra kare pho kare. Utra kare tsandali. Naga hubali. Dhe hu siti. Atra siddhi. Maha siddhi hung hung. If there are no clouds, recite a thousand times or more. If there are many clouds, adjust accordingly. Then scatter the water in the ten directions, and fan in the ten directions with the child's clothes, may all the nagas gather clouds in this place, thunder, and rain. May the four great kings and their retinues suppress all the wind, wind gods, and wind lords under Mount Meru. Subdue all that harms and obstructs the rain. May the ten direction protectors and their retinues fill the sky with a great mass of clouds and fog. May all regions and countries be auspicious, prosperous, and flourishing. Speak these words with great fervor. The above is a simple pacifying invocation, just strive to recite it four or six times. It is said that this will cause rain to fall within three days. However, in order for the method of half pacifying and half wrathful to be more effective, after performing the pacifying practice in the morning, in the afternoon perform the fierce action of half pacifying and half wrathful: Hung. Your own essence is your own yidam deity, the form is Vajrapani, body blue, body large, limbs thick, filling the sky, mouth open, teeth bared, complete with eight charnel ground ornaments, five kinds of snakes tightly coiling around the body.
