It should be adorned with five kinds of precious jewels and as many silks and ornaments as possible. On an auspicious day, turn the tsok kyi khorlo (feast wheel), offer various offerings, and if you pray for whatever wishes you desire, it is said that they will be fulfilled. This wheel has a hundred thousand qualities and is auspicious and fulfilling. When turning this wheel, if you make a "tser tser" sound, it will harm your life. If you make a "drag drag" sound, it will harm your wealth. If you make a "hrag hrag" sound, it will harm your retinue. Turn it like a silent stream. Regarding sins, such as killing a teacher, killing a father, killing a mother, breaking vows, committing suicide, creating discord among the sangha, and the ten non-virtues, etc., even if the pile of sins is as large as Mount Meru, if you turn this wheel and confess with strong remorse, it is said that they will be purified. Greed for profit, change, and deception, stealing, lying, and cunning, hypocrisy, deception, and pretense, etc., it is said that all will be purified. Having seen the above Sutras, Tantras, teachings, sacred words, benefits, prophecies, etc., using these as evidence, in order to make it easy for those with little wisdom to understand, and to inspire faith in those with wrong views and doubts, I have briefly compiled and written down what I have seen and heard. Now some people say this is Dharma, building statues, horse racing, telling stories, holding funerals and weddings, copying the Kangyur, Tengyur, Domang, Hundred Thousand Verses, and Sutras, etc., and for these, they kill many sentient beings, but they consider it to be Dharma. This is like writing letters in a sea of blood and pus. Although it is not disparaging the sacred words, because of misunderstanding, it will lead to extremely serious sins.
