成就。如果事物不能成就，即使成就了也不会增长。因为没有傲慢和骄傲，所以才能走上正道。如果说是为了佛法而作恶，又加上傲慢和骄傲，那就没有来世的利益了。善恶混杂，最终只会自食其果。这是法王所说。因此，为了来世的利益，要听闻鱼窝蚁穴的故事，念诵一遍《金刚经》，转动一次法轮，念诵百万遍六字真言，做一次回向和祈愿，这样就能清净罪障。如果浪费资财，还说“恶业众生不知道”，这样说谎是不行的。这个法轮本质清净，利益巨大。因为动力小，所以果报不增长。它不欺骗任何人，不遮蔽真义，服务容易，任何人都能做到。行走坐卧时都可以转动，顺便就能完成善行，顺便就能获得来世的利益，只有这个佛法才能做到，所以大家都要修持，并传播给他人。像香波西洛死后为了来世的利益，以及想着如何利益他人一样。除了这些，如果掺杂了不符合佛法的命令、偏袒、自创的非法行为和个人的欲望，以及对财物的贪求，空行母和护法神会吸干他们的心血。这个法轮由天、魔、人三界和三有（欲有、色有、无色有）的共同愿力所成就，遍布所有地区、国土和国家，战胜一切与佛法相违背的力量，弘扬于整个世界，变得非常吉祥。此外，在所有经续中，对于什么是真正的佛法法轮，什么是伪造的，以及对它的功德是否存在疑惑，不信仰，焚烧，颠倒转动，不按父续母续的方式转动，或者将中间的转动作为障碍等等，如果有人做出像用尾巴缠头巾一样令人不悦的行为，不将其作为礼敬的对象，随意丢弃，轻蔑和亵渎佛法，那么这种行为的过患会导致疯狂、昏厥、聋盲喑哑、疾病、痛苦、遭遇敌人、盗贼和强盗，灾难不断，贫穷、死亡和各种不祥之事，来世也将堕入地狱。

Accomplishment. If things cannot be accomplished, even if they are, they will not increase. Because there is no arrogance or pride, one can walk the right path. If one says it is for the sake of Dharma but commits evil deeds, and adds arrogance and pride, then there is no benefit for the next life. Mixing good and evil will only lead to reaping what you sow. This is what the Dharma King said. Therefore, for the sake of the next life, listen to the stories of fish nests and ant nests, recite the Vajra Cutter Sutra once, turn the Dharma wheel once, recite the six-syllable mantra a million times, and make a dedication and aspiration once, so that you can purify your obscurations. If you waste resources and say, "Sentient beings with bad karma do not know," it is not right to lie like that. This Dharma wheel is pure in essence and has great benefits. Because the motivation is small, the fruition does not increase. It does not deceive anyone, does not obscure the true meaning, service is easy, and anyone can do it. You can turn it while walking, sitting, or lying down, and you can accomplish good deeds along the way, and you can obtain the benefits of the next life along the way. Only this Dharma can do it, so everyone should practice it and spread it to others. Like Pangpo Shilok, who after death thought of the benefit of the next life and how to benefit others. Apart from these, if you mix in commands that do not conform to the Dharma, favoritism, self-created illegal actions and personal desires, and greed for wealth, the dakinis and Dharma protectors will suck your heart's blood. This Dharma wheel is accomplished by the common aspiration of the three realms of gods, demons, and humans, and the three existences (desire realm, form realm, formless realm), spreading to all regions, lands, and countries, overcoming all forces that are contrary to the Dharma, spreading throughout the world, and becoming very auspicious. Furthermore, in all the sutras and tantras, regarding what is the real Dharma wheel and what is fake, and doubts about its merits, lack of faith, burning, turning it upside down, not turning it according to the father tantra and mother tantra, or using the intermediate turning as an obstacle, etc., if someone makes unpleasant actions like wrapping a tail around a turban, not treating it as an object of reverence, discarding it at will, despising and desecrating the Dharma, then the faults of such actions will lead to madness, fainting, deafness, blindness, muteness, illness, suffering, encountering enemies, thieves, and robbers, constant disasters, poverty, death, and various inauspicious events, and in the next life, one will fall into hell.

如是，经部和续部中如是说。因此，通过身语意三门，以信心、欢喜和敬重围绕（此转经轮）。以血肉骨髓三门，努力顶礼和绕转非常重要。对于害怕来世的恶业、罪业和罪障的人们，跳入（此转经轮）的中心并修持吧！此战胜四魔之敌的法轮，愿能斩断所有无边的邪见，愿能圆满成就二利，愿能彻底清空三有轮回。现在这个转经轮里，一百零八页经文里有七千二百个六字真言。有二百一十六个祈愿文。父转经轮和母转经轮共有四十六个咒语。因为是佛法的堆积，所以请大家修持吧！我没有见过比这个佛法功德更大、力量更强、更深奥的。我们这些修行人中，有一种叫做“燃烧的魔”的东西，它模仿上师的行为，在黑人男女中，像以前的好人一样表现得很好，并且把贪嗔痴三毒和今生的八法，以及名声、食物和财富放在心上。口头上说不想要食物、牲畜和亲戚，说众生真可怜的某些魔鬼说，转经轮不但没有功德，而且还有这些过失，这实际上是鬼怪附体，伪装成班智达的样子来制造障碍，所以大家一定要记住，不要被障碍所控制。据说库苏鲁巴游历十八层地狱的时候，说身语的善行中，没有比这个转经轮功德更大的了。为了利益国土而造的。不要被魔鬼和外道所控制，请修持吧！愿利益一切众生！嗡嘛呢呗美吽舍，嗡嘛呢呗美吽舍。莲花生大师的水转经轮大海中，大悲观音胜者嘉措的续部中说：任何具有菩提心的人，具有智慧和力量的士夫，建造六字真言的大经卷，进行生起次第的开光加持之后，用水、风或手来转动，必定能扭转轮回，四种事业自然成就，它的功德无法言说。如是说。

Thus, it is said in those Sutras and Tantras. Therefore, through the three doors of body, speech, and mind, surround (this prayer wheel) with faith, joy, and reverence. It is very important to strive to prostrate and circumambulate with the three doors of flesh, bones, and marrow. For those who are afraid of bad karma, sins, and obscurations in the next life, jump into the center (of this prayer wheel) and practice! May this wheel that conquers the enemies of the four maras, cut off all infinite wrong views, may it perfectly accomplish the two benefits, and may it completely empty the three realms of samsara. Now, in this prayer wheel, there are seven thousand two hundred six-syllable mantras in the one hundred and eight pages of scripture. There are two hundred and sixteen aspiration prayers. The father prayer wheel and the mother prayer wheel have a total of forty-six mantras. Because it is an accumulation of Dharma, please everyone practice it! I have not seen a Dharma that has greater merit, greater power, and is more profound than this. Among us practitioners, there is something called a "burning demon" that imitates the behavior of the lama, and among black men and women, it acts as if it were a good person before, and it places the three poisons of attachment, hatred, and ignorance, and the eight worldly concerns of this life, as well as fame, food, and wealth in their hearts. Some demons who say they don't want food, livestock, and relatives, and say that sentient beings are so pitiful, say that the prayer wheel not only has no merit, but also has these faults. This is actually a ghost possession, disguised as a pandita to create obstacles, so everyone must remember not to be controlled by obstacles. It is said that when Kusu Lupa traveled through the eighteen hells, he said that among the virtuous deeds of body and speech, there is no greater merit than this prayer wheel. It was created to benefit the country. Do not be controlled by demons and heretics, please practice! May it benefit all sentient beings! Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih, Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih. From the ocean of Padmasambhava's water prayer wheel, in the lineage of the Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Gyalwa Gyatso, it is said: Whoever has Bodhicitta, a man with wisdom and strength, builds a great scripture of the six-syllable mantra, and after consecrating the generation stage, turns it with water, wind, or hand, will surely reverse samsara, and the four activities will be accomplished spontaneously, its merits cannot be expressed.
