To the sacred ground of gods and humans in unclaimed lands, all the perfect objects of bliss, and the excellent offering clouds generated by the power of mantras and knowledge, and the power of faith, all the oceans arising from the aspirations of practice, filling the entire boundless expanse of space, I offer. I make offerings! I take refuge! We, from beginningless samsara, in all lifetimes of samsara, have committed sinful and unwholesome deeds, in short, we have done what should be done, and have not done what should be done, etc., all actual sins we confess truthfully. We rejoice in all the merits and virtues of the Buddhas of the three times and of each sentient being. We urge all the Victorious Ones of the ten directions to turn the unsurpassed wheel of Dharma. We request all the lamps of the world who wish to show the manner of passing into nirvana, not to pass into nirvana, but to remain long for the benefit of the world. We request the Blessed One, the Great Assembly, to consider. We request the Blessed Ones, endowed with great compassion, in the future final five hundred years, when there will arise imitations of the true Dharma, to take care of all sentient beings obscured by various karmic obscurations, afflicted by various diseases, tormented by various sorrows and sufferings, and impoverished, for the sake of the benefit and happiness of gods and humans. How did the previous Blessed One, the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the Seven Buddhas, skillfully use means, and how did they make vast and extraordinary aspirations in the past, and how did they bless, and how does our present teacher, the Blessed One, the glorious Shakyamuni, teach and bless, and how do the Bodhisattvas, such as the noble Manjushri, Savior, and Vajrapani, bless, and Brahma and Indra, the Four Great Kings, the twelve great Yaksha generals, and all the great lay practitioners who protect the holy Dharma, and in the presence of all those assembled, in the center of the palace.
