Release small distractions, let them be, Thus no obstacles arise, and you walk the path. All phenomena gather in your own mind, Like salt dissolving in water. The nature of mind is primordially pure Dharmakaya, Yet clinging to the thought "It is like this," Is the view of Cittamātra, not Mahamudra. The mind is like the sky, boundless, Yet bound by subtle conceptual clinging, Causing consciousness to be born in the limitless Formless Realm. As the sky pervades, so does the mind, The realm of the sky is immeasurable, beyond thought. Bound by subtle conceptual clinging, One is born in the limitless Formless Realm. All phenomena are primordially unestablished, emptiness itself, Though there is nothing to grasp at all, Yet clinging to the thought "It is like this," Is a wrong turn into the realm of nothingness. Outer and inner, vessel and contents, together with one's own mind, In ultimate truth, there is nothing, it is emptiness. In relative truth, everything arises, everything is possible. Therefore, thinking it is neither existent nor nonexistent, Subtle clinging gives rise to neither existent nor nonexistent. Thus there are four kinds of emptiness experiences, Which are the highest realization of the Tirthikas, If one clings to this highest state and dies, It is said one will be born in the four Formless Realms. For eighty thousand eons, one does not take a physical body, There is neither the feeling of happiness nor suffering. Without engaging in clinging, look at the self-nature of emptiness, Empty and not empty, beyond speech, thought, and expression. This is the very essence of emptiness, Mahamudra. These experiences and realizations vary in length of time, And in the degree of intensity, they manifest in various ways. In any case, do not be distracted, be relaxed and natural, Like a lamp not moved by the wind. Abiding in one-pointedness, it is named one-pointedness. Among them are three: sometimes, mostly, And never separated except during sleep. One-pointedness is named small, medium, and large. Apart from that, no matter how similar it may seem, If the essence of realization is not seen, it is a wavering of experience. These also depend on the differences in the faculties of beings, Experiences and realizations are difficult to arise. Those that arise gradually, Belong to the lineage of gradual arising, once arisen, they are stable. At first, experiences and realizations are easy to arise and arise quickly, But once arisen, they are unstable, with great changes, sometimes high, sometimes low. This is the lineage of sudden breakthrough. From the very beginning, a very high realization arises, Though the meditation time is short, it can exert its power.

譬如Rāga Asya(梵文天城体:रागा अस्य,梵文罗马拟音:rāga asya,汉语字面意思:贪欲的他的)我等。 和尚的见解,Am de u(藏文:ཨམ་དེ་ཨུ་,无法直译)是啊!空性的见解,Had po(藏文:ཧད་པོ་,无法直译)Am de u(藏文:ཨམ་དེ་ཨུ་,无法直译)是啊!以前的框架抛弃了,U(藏文:ཨུ་,无法直译)是啊!

Completion. Sudden enlightenment is rare. It is difficult for realization to arise; it arises gradually. Among them, there are many changes, high and low, which are the transcendence of gradualists. For example, Rāga Asya (Sanskrit Devanagari: रागा अस्य, Sanskrit Romanization: rāga asya, literal Chinese meaning: his greed) and so on. When realization arises slowly, the preliminary practices and other gradual instructions are followed accordingly. When good realization arises in accordance with the practice, it is the sudden enlightenment of gradualists. Similarly, both the transcendent and the sudden enlightenment each have three divisions. It is easy to understand by inferring from the above reasoning. Then, how realization arises: through the blessings of devotion, supplication, and effort; or the supreme accomplishment of the deity; or the power of accumulating great merit and virtue; or the awakening of karma from past lives. Previous experiences and realizations peel off like a shell. The object of meditation and the meditator's clinging vanish into the expanse. There is no single focus for this meditation or that meditation. There is no clinging to the certainty that this is it or that is it. There is no drawing inward to look, and there is no clarity when looking outward. It seems that the seer and the seen exist separately. When that disappears, there is no this seeing or that seeing. The seer and the seen merge into one. There is no this or that, no this thought or that thought. A state of natural silence arises. At that time, no doubts or hesitations arise. It is completely different from before. What is it? The view of the Heshang, Am de u (Tibetan: ཨམ་དེ་ཨུ་, cannot be directly translated) is it! The view of emptiness, Had po (Tibetan: ཧད་པོ་, cannot be directly translated) Am de u (Tibetan: ཨམ་དེ་ཨུ་, cannot be directly translated) is it! The old framework is abandoned, U (Tibetan: ཨུ་, cannot be directly translated) is it! This meditation, that meditation, nothing exists, no meditation, that realization U (Tibetan: ཨུ་, cannot be directly translated) is it! If there is impurity in great experience, one will like falsehood and remember many coarse discriminations. If one has little learning, one will think that one's meditation is lost. The good experiences of bliss, clarity, and non-thought from before, thinking about whether they will arise again, even if one meditates, they will not arise as before, and one will be discouraged and very sad. If one is very greedy, one will think that there is realization without meditation. Even if one wants to benefit beings, one may be carried away by distraction. Then, rely on the lama of the Sugata's teachings. Take the teachings and tantras of the previous Kagyu masters as examples, and cut off the doubts in your mind. Seeing the nature of your own mind is the truth. It is also called primordial awareness, and it is also called seeing the nature of the uncontrived smallness.
