Even if it exists now, realize that there is no difference between distraction and non-distraction. Realize that there is no difference between forgetting and not forgetting. Realize that there is no difference between sleeping and not sleeping. With the wisdom of fully knowing the nature, realize that it is originally the naked Dharmakaya. Realize that the ultimate essence is continuous and without interruption. Even if you realize this, it is profound to still use mindfulness to repeatedly and clearly remind yourself. Even if you realize that samsara has no inherent nature, it is profound to make aspirations in pure lands. Even if you realize that there is no good or evil in reality, it is profound to do good and abandon evil. Even if there is originally no stain of faults and transgressions, it is profound to purify faults and accumulate merit. Like this, if the realization mentioned above arises occasionally and is not always stable, it is called "one taste of experience." When there is no change and the realization is stable, it is still that the power of realization is not complete, and the qualities of realization have not actually arisen, it can only be勉强 be called "one taste." Because all appearances and existences are seen as illusory, it is also called illusory samadhi. Those are all done according to one's own experience, and for the benefit of others, I diligently explain it to you. This is not a teaching to be explained, but a gradual process of practice. For many who have no experience themselves, even if they write, besides wasting paper, the use is very small. However, in order to complete the beginning and end of the Dharma, I will slightly quote the teachings of the Kagyu school as evidence. It is necessary to rely on mindfulness as a guard, and there is practice in between. It is not necessary to rely on mindfulness as a guard, but to constantly advance in the unchanging state of the essence. That is no-meditation, which is the non-duality of wind and mind. It is clearly recorded in the old and reliable documents that Milarepa gave to Gampopa. There are also three types: small, medium, and large. It destroys all impurities that should be abandoned, and no obstacles can hinder the mind, so it is said to be a vajra-like samadhi. All the guiding texts agree that the great perfection of no-meditation is the perfect Buddha. Therefore, from all the scriptures of the Unsurpassed Tantra, the statement that enlightenment is attained in one lifetime does not mean that someone like Shakyamuni Buddha will appear with a crown on his head and a wheel on his feet, but that a fortunate person who practices in one lifetime will be able to...

When a great meditator realizes enlightenment in this life, Know that they are a Buddha in one lifetime. Such practices are called The Trekchö practice of the Great Perfection. It is the ultimate practice of the Mind Series of the Great Perfection. In the Great Perfection, the Space Series, the Instruction Series, etc., There are many prohibitions against this, but Only the way of explaining the words differs in roughness and fineness, In meaning, there is no contradiction, not even a hair's breadth of difference. Therefore, the great accomplished Karma Pakshi said, "The Great Seal and the Great Perfection, There is a difference in words, but no difference in meaning." The way to cultivate the practice of the union of Mahamudra and Dzogchen, When this roar of the white lion is proclaimed, Although those without fortune are frightened by wrong views and doubts, The fortunate lion cubs joyfully take it to heart. Whatever arises in one's own experience, I have spoken about it as it is. Whether it is right or wrong, I do not mix in false words. Because anything can arise in the experience of a yogi, Even if seen by wise and accomplished ones, there is no need to be ashamed. This was started on the 24th of the Victorious Month of the Horse Year (Tibetan calendar), After a few months of stopping writing, it was continued on the 22nd day of the Sagittarius Month. It was said to be completed in the evening session. Lama Tsondu Gyatso, with reverence, Prostrated, offered a mandala, and quickly wrote it down. May this virtue benefit some meditators! Chapter Thirteen, auspicious and complete! Chapter Thirteen. First, in order to know how realization arises, There is a song of experience for travelers on a long journey.
