調伏內在之氣心，產生有漏身之安樂，調伏外在之顯現，成就四種事業。祈願增長吉祥與光輝，守護眷屬，消除一切違緣，成辦順緣。懇請具誓者您，實現所託付之事業果報。此後為讚頌： 吽！ 從法界無生之中，由大悲幻化之身顯現，為了利益眾生而降臨，示現種種神通之母，主尊吉祥長壽女，讚頌五位空行之自在者。此五位大空行母，有時安住於白雪山頂，為眾多天女藥師所圍繞，享用三白三甜之精華，賜予五種成就之母，讚頌五位天女藥師之王母。此五位大空行母，有時安住於八大屍陀林，為守護田地之空行眷屬所圍繞，接受瑪哈瑪薩之供養，賜予殊勝與共同之成就，讚頌五位守護田地之空行母。此五位大空行母，有時安住於各修行聖地，為十二堅母所圍繞，享用血肉與酒之會供，作為瑜伽行者之助伴，讚頌五位大誓盟母。此五位大空行母，有時安住於佛法事業之舞蹈處，為具誓護法之眾所圍繞，享用潔淨食物之精華，作為佛教之守護者，讚頌五位大護法母。此五位大空行母，外顯為五位大藥師女，內顯為五位大護田母，密顯為五部之大佛母，乃是生出三世諸佛之母，讚頌五位空行之自在者。祈請降臨此處享用此朵瑪，享用三白三甜之潔淨精華，血肉酒等具誓之物，接受瑪哈瑪薩之供養，為了先前所託付之酬謝，以及現在所託付之一切事業，獻上成辦之祈請作為依託，祈請瑜伽士所託付之事業。於鄔金蓮花生大士與，紮巴多傑之跟前，祈請憶念誓言與承諾，瑜伽士所託付之一切事業，祈請立即成辦。祈願佛教珍寶與，瑜伽

Having subdued the inner wind and mind, creating happiness for the contaminated body, having subdued the outer appearances, may you accomplish the four kinds of activities. May you increase auspiciousness and glory, protect the retinue, eliminate all obstacles, and accomplish favorable conditions. May you, the one with commitment, accomplish the results of the entrusted tasks. Then, the praise is: Hūṃ! From the unborn realm of Dharma, from the manifestation of the body of compassion, for the benefit of beings, the one who came forth, the one who shows various miracles, the chief lady Tashi Tseringma, I praise the five masters of the Dakinis. These five great Dakinis, sometimes reside on the white snow mountain peak, surrounded by a retinue of many goddess healers, enjoying the essence of the three whites and three sweets, the one who bestows the five siddhis, I praise the five goddess healer queen mothers. These five great Dakinis, sometimes reside in the eight great charnel grounds, surrounded by a retinue of field-protecting Dakinis, accepting the offering of Mahāmāṃsa, bestowing supreme and common siddhis, I praise the five field-protecting Dakinis. These five great Dakinis, sometimes reside in all the practice places, surrounded by a retinue of the twelve Tenma goddesses, enjoying the feast of flesh and alcohol, acting as companions for the yogi practitioners, I praise the five great commitment mothers. These five great Dakinis, sometimes reside in the Dharma-making dance places, surrounded by a retinue of oath-bound protectors, enjoying the essence of pure food, acting as guardians of the Buddha's teachings, I praise the five great Dharma-protecting mothers. These five great Dakinis, outwardly appear as the five great physician nuns, inwardly appear as the five great field-protecting mothers, secretly appear as the five great mothers of the families, the mother who gives birth to the Buddhas of the three times, I praise the five masters of the Dakinis. Please come here and accept this Torma, enjoy the pure essence of the three whites and three sweets, the oath-bound substances of flesh and alcohol, accept the offering of Mahāmāṃsa, as gratitude for the previously entrusted accomplishments, and for all the activities now entrusted, I offer the supplication for accomplishment as a support, please accomplish the activities entrusted by the yogi. 祈愿我等眷属，远离怨敌与障碍，斩断解脱之魔障，如微尘般消灭殆尽。愿佛法兴盛，瑜伽行者我等长寿，无病安康，财富增广，修行圆满。长寿佛母仪轨，如法赞颂至此。从现观至赞颂之间，乃由夏玛巴六世所著之长寿佛母仪轨中，为方便起见而摘录。注释：从自身心间放射光芒，触及诸佛母之心，激发其慈悲心，如母般慈爱自己。之后，念诵“嗡 阿嘎尼 匝利”等仪轨中的长寿佛母心咒。复次，观想前方之佛母，身色洁白，一面二臂，以丝绸与珍宝为饰，双手合掌，站立于队列之中。自身心间之光芒如铁钩般触及佛母之脐轮，佛母向左旋转，如姐妹般眷顾自己。念诵：嗡 恩哲达热 萨瓦 比格南 索热 索热 额哈 当。阿格鲁巴 格鲁 雅夏 巴帝。嗡 舍利 吽 西那格尼。萨拉雅 固固。度度 旺德 杜列 涅度 杰西。如是念诵。于前生悉陀罗之坛城中央，于至尊度母之周围，观想五位世间迷幻之空行母，身色赤红，裸身散发，以五种骨饰为庄严，右手持达玛茹鼓，左手持甘露宝瓶，翩翩起舞。自身心间之光芒如铁钩般触及空行母之秘密处，空行母心生欢喜，翩然降临，向左围绕自己，如友般慈爱，将颅器之甘露赐予自己。念诵：嗡 恩哲达热 达吉尼 达热 班匝 惹那 悉地 欧 阿 吽。那摩 巴嘎瓦德 阿哲 萨雅 达热 耶 梭哈。嗡 嘎拉 嘎热 惹给热 耶 梭哈。如是念诵诸咒，并供养黄金饮料。吽！金刚不变功德母！从“等”至“供养清净之精华而作供养”之间，献上清净之黄金饮料。之后，以净水为弟子沐浴。以松巴哈驱逐邪魔。曼扎供轮，可繁可简。

May we and our retinue be free from hateful enemies and harmful obstacles. May the demons that obstruct liberation be destroyed like dust particles. May the Buddha's teachings flourish, may we yogis live long, may we be free from illness, may our wealth increase, and may our practice reach its end. The ritual of Long Life Mother, up to the praise according to the text, should be performed. From the Abhisamaya to the praise, it is extracted from the text of the Long Life Mother ritual composed by the Sixth Zhwa-dmar-pa for the sake of brevity. Note: When light radiates from one's heart and touches the hearts of the goddesses, their minds are stimulated, and they become as loving as a mother. Then, recite the Long Life Mother's mantra from the text, such as "Om Akani Tsali," etc. Again, visualize the goddess in front, with a white body, one face, two arms, adorned with silk and jewels, with palms joined, standing in a row. The light from one's heart, like an iron hook, touches her navel, causing her to circle to the left and yearn for oneself like a sister. Recite: Om Indradhari Sarva Bighnan Suru Suru Iha Tvam. Aglupa Glu Nyasha Bhati. Om Hrih Hum Shi Nag Ni. Salaya Kuku. Dudu Wangdu Dulay Nyurdu Gyi Shigh. Recite this. In the center of the Sindura mandala in front, around the venerable mother, visualize five worldly illusionary dakinis, with red bodies, naked with loose hair, adorned with five bone ornaments, holding a damaru in the right hand and a nectar vase in the left, dancing. The light from one's heart, like an iron hook, touches the secret places of those dakinis, causing them to come joyfully with dancing steps. They circle to the left around oneself, and, like friends, lovingly give the nectar of the skull cup to oneself. Recite: Om Indradhari Dakini Dhari Pancha Ratna Siddhi O Ah Hum. Namo Bhagawate Atrishaya Dhariye Svaha. Om Ghara Ghare Ragi Riye Svaha. Recite these mantras as appropriate and offer golden libation. Hum! Immutable Vajra Glorious Mother! From "etc." to "offering with the essence of purity," offer the pure golden libation. Then, bathe the disciples with pure water. Expel obstacles with Sumba Humni. The mandala offering, elaborate or concise, as appropriate.
