那的事業殊勝，於上師怙主的事業，我以一切方式，身語意恭敬頂禮。頂禮黑金剛大尊足，以桑耶寺（བསམ་ཡས་，Samye，西藏第一座寺廟）供養的眾多殊勝供品作供養，從徹底懺悔所有違背、錯誤、罪過後，隨喜現行苦行之燃燒，勸請事業如海之法輪，恆常祈請不入涅槃而住世，願一切有情與您無別之，大菩提無礙獲得。您生於金剛部族，賜予我智慧金剛，因賜予故將獲得成就，凡未曾見過此等者，勿於其前言說，若言說則將衰損，此乃您之誓言水，若違越誓言則焚燒，若守護誓言則成就，以金剛甘露之水成就。念誦「班雜阿彌利達 烏達嘎 塔」（藏文：པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཨུ་ད་ཀ་ཋ་，梵文天城體：पञ्चामृत उदक ठः，梵文羅馬擬音：pañcāmṛta udaka ṭhaḥ，五甘露水 ṭhaḥ）後給予洗滌之水，從今以後，你這孩子，我乃金剛持，我如何下令，你當無有厭倦地成辦，凡對我不恭敬者，同樣若未恭敬，則被魔所摧毀而墮惡趣，因此當安住於誓言。如是宣告誓言。與諸子一同之所有佛陀，以及勇父瑜伽母們，所有請垂念於我，我名金剛薩埵，自此時起，乃至菩提精華之間，如三世怙主們，於菩提中決定之，無上殊勝菩提心，我當生起，守護別解脫律儀，積累善法，利益有情三律儀，各自堅定受持，佛法僧，乃無上之三寶，從佛陀瑜伽所生之，律儀從今堅定受持，於金剛部族大尊中，金剛鈴之手印亦，如實受持，於珍寶部族大尊中，於悅意之誓言，每日六時中，恆常布施四種布施，從大菩提所生之，清淨蓮花部族中，內外

May the activities of Na be supreme! To the activities of the Lama Gonpo, I prostrate with reverence in body, speech, and mind in all ways. I prostrate to the feet of the great Black Vajra, and offer countless excellent offerings like those of Samye Monastery. Having thoroughly confessed all transgressions, errors, and faults, I rejoice in the blazing asceticism of manifest conduct. I urge the turning of the Dharma wheel of the ocean of activities. I request you to always remain without passing into sorrow. May all beings, inseparable from you, attain great enlightenment without hindrance. You are born into the Vajra family. I bestow the wisdom Vajra upon you. By bestowing it, accomplishment will be attained. Whoever has not seen such a thing, do not speak in their presence. If you speak, you will decline. This is your vow water. If the vow is transgressed, it will burn. If the vow is kept, accomplishment will be achieved through this water of Vajra nectar. Having given the washing water, saying "Pañca Amrita Udaka Ṭha" (藏文：པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཨུ་ད་ཀ་ཋ་，梵文天城體：पञ्चामृत उदक ठः，梵文羅馬擬音：pañcāmṛta udaka ṭhaḥ，five nectars water ṭhaḥ), from now on, you, my son, I am the Vajra Holder. As I command, you should accomplish it without weariness. Whoever is disrespectful to me, and likewise, if they are not respectful, they will be destroyed by demons and go to lower realms. Therefore, abide in the vow. Thus, proclaim the vow. All Buddhas together with their sons, and all heroes and yoginis, all, please heed me. My name is Vajrasattva. From this time onwards, until the essence of enlightenment, as the protectors of the three times, have determined in enlightenment, the supreme, unsurpassed Bodhicitta, I shall generate. I shall uphold the training of morality, accumulating virtuous Dharmas, and the three moralities of benefiting sentient beings, each steadfastly. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha are the unsurpassed Three Jewels. The vows born from Buddha Yoga, I shall steadfastly uphold from now on. In the great supreme Vajra family, the mudra of the Vajra bell also, I shall truly uphold. In the great supreme Ratna family, in the pleasing vow, every day, six times a day, I shall always give the four kinds of generosity. From the great enlightenment, in the pure Padma family, inside and outside.

The three secret vehicles, I hold all the sacred Dharma. In the great supreme lineage of karma, possessing all vows, I will truly uphold and practice them. I will also do my best in offering practices. The supreme Bodhicitta, I shall generate the sacred mind, for the sake of all sentient beings, I will uphold all my vows. Those who have not crossed over, I will help them cross over. Those who have not been liberated, I will liberate them. Those who have not breathed, I will help them breathe, and lead sentient beings to Nirvana. Hold the vows. On the moon disc in your heart, visualize a blue five-pronged vajra, and then repeat: Om Sarva Yoga Citta Upadaya Mi. (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཡོ་ག་ཙིཏྟ་ཨུ་པ་ད་ཡ་མི།，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व योग चित्त उपदयमि，梵文罗马拟音：Om sarva yoga citta upadaya mi，汉语字面意思：Om, all, yoga, mind, arise, I). Generate the mind in Vajra Yoga, and have firm faith. Place the vajra flower in your heart and recite: Om Surate Samaya Suho. (藏文：ཨོཾ་སུ་ར་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་སཱུ་ཧོ༔，梵文天城体：嗡 सुरते समय सुहो，梵文罗马拟音：Om surate samaya suho，汉语字面意思：Om, great bliss, samaya, svaha). Now, for the purpose of invoking the wisdom beings, repeat. I beseech the glorious Lord of Wisdom, together with the assembly of a hundred thousand kotis of wisdom dakinis, to bless me. I beseech you to bestow wisdom. I beseech the glorious Lord of the Heart, together with the assembly of a hundred thousand kotis of Vajra Dakinis, to bless me. I beseech you to bestow wisdom. I beseech the glorious Lord of the Body, together with the assembly of a hundred thousand kotis of Buddha Dakinis, to bless me. I beseech you to bestow wisdom. I beseech the glorious Lord of Qualities, together with the assembly of a hundred thousand kotis of Ratna Dakinis, to bless me. I beseech you to bestow wisdom. I beseech the glorious Lord of Speech, together with the assembly of a hundred thousand kotis of Padma Dakinis, to bless me. I beseech you to bestow wisdom. I beseech the glorious Lord of Action, together with the assembly of a hundred thousand kotis of Karma Dakinis, to bless me. I beseech you to bestow wisdom. All of you, stand up, with the faith of standing with your heels raised. Make the Dharma-arising mudra on your crown. Sprinkle water with the karma vase, cleanse with deto etc., purify with Svabhava. From emptiness, from Kham arises a triangular, blazing dark blue rock mountain. In its center, from Pam arises a variegated eight-petaled lotus heart.
