Mo shes. Obeisance to the mother who protects Tibet in the presence of Guru, the mistress of half of heaven and earth, the mother of union for beings. From the pure celestial palace in the upper direction, from the tent of precious white clouds swirling, Vajra Turquoise Lamp, with the retinue of female attendants, come here and accept this adorned torma, and swiftly accomplish the entrusted activities. This torma mixed with pure samaya substances, I offer to Vajra Turquoise Lamp Mother. With compassion, please consider with affection and accept this adorned torma. Please accept the offering! Vajra alala ho! So āḥ hūṃ vajra pramoha hrīṃ hrīṃ ja jaḥ! To the mouth of Vajra Turquoise Lamp Mother and retinue, kha kha khā hi! Repeat three times. Arghaṃ, etc. Hūṃ! Supreme mother of the victorious ones, Vajra Turquoise Lamp Mother, although the Dharmakāya realm is without elaboration, the Sambhogakāya emanates as the five families of mothers and ḍākinīs, the Nirmāṇakāya acts as a medicine woman for the benefit of beings, I praise you. Although the place of the Nirmāṇakāya is not fixed, on Mount Meru, continents, forests, ocean islands, and in Lho Mön (southern Bhutan), Tibet, India, and other countries, I praise you for bestowing accomplishments in all places. Dharma practitioner, protector, sister of Avalokiteśvara, mistress of all clairvoyance, miraculous powers, and accomplishments, giver of desired fruits to those with samaya, I praise Vajra Turquoise Lamp and retinue. This is the complete outer, inner, and secret medicine goddess. Hūṃ.
