To the retinue of the Lapas, all the powerful decree-holders, a hundred thousand black flesh-eaters, a million mamos, a trillion yakshas, surrounded by a billion armor-clad warriors, the protectors of the Buddhist teachings, the slayers of those who break their vows, the executioners of those who eat oaths, the life-force of the vidyadharas, the enemy-gods of the yogis, the doctors of the diseases of the three poisons, and the assembly of guardians of monasteries and mandalas, I offer the torma of samaya-substances and nectar, and the offerings of actual arrangements and mind-created emanations. With this vast offering, I beseech, offer, and praise. By their power, protect the teachings and the Buddhist doctrine of me, the yogi. Increase life and power, accomplish glory and fame, protect retinues and beings, avert demons and obstacles, gather the three: people, wealth, and food. Grind enemies and obstructors to dust. Accomplish the four activities. Always grant protection and safeguard. Glorious goddess, charcoal of smoke, the three killing mothers, the goddesses of the four castes, the eight charnel ground mothers, the eight minor messenger-mothers, the four gatekeepers, and all the worldly mamos and dakinis, I beseech, offer, and present. Please accept this supreme essence of delight and this most pleasing offering, and pacify and avert all the four hundred and four types of diseases that afflict us yogis, our people, wealth, and retinues, those that arise from wind, those that arise from bile, those that arise from phlegm, and those that arise from combinations. Please perform the vast activity of ensuring that all plagues, epidemics, human diseases, and livestock diseases cease and do not occur. Great King Dhrtarastra, Virudhaka, Virupaksha, Vaishravana, and their consorts, together with their retinues and armies, the yaksha hosts, and the exceedingly beautiful Naga kings and queens, I beseech and offer. Please be pleased and satisfied, and grant us, the teachers, disciples, and those to be protected, the vast activity of ensuring that we are not harmed by any obstacles, that our strength, power, merit, and enjoyment increase and expand, and that all enemies and obstructors in the four directions are subdued. Glorious Vajra Mahakala, together with your consort, siblings, and retinue, you who generate the great bliss free from defilements, and who taste the supreme flavor of nectar, by the vast accumulation of merit that you have gathered, may the commands of the root and lineage gurus, and the friends of my own vows

According to the Venerable's intention, accomplishing the benefit of the Buddha's teachings and sentient beings, without effort, especially praying to grant supreme and common siddhis to my lineage. The medicinal water with eight qualities, mixed with human blood, the offering of boiling poisonous water, I offer to Mahākāla and his retinue. Blue lotus and utpala flowers, and the fragrant blue flowers of poisonous plants, I offer to the heads of Mahākāla and his retinue. Gugul, agaru, and other incenses, and the nectar of camels and donkeys, the incense of great meat and great fat, I offer to the noses of Mahākāla and his retinue. Butter lamps of sesame oil, and lamps of sheep fat, dog fat, pig fat, and pure wax, I offer to the eyes of Mahākāla and his retinue.
