First, practice each movement and each point of focus individually. Once you are familiar, without exhaling, complete all six movements within a single breath. Thus, these six movements are known as the "Sixth Movement" among all the profound teachings. According to the Six Dharmas, vigorously perform the six postures of rotation. Although there are many slight differences in practice, according to one's own tradition, the root verses spoken by Je Chokyi Wangchuk are: The upper and lower parts of the body remain in their natural state. Rotate the abdomen three times to the right. Rotate to the left in the same way. This will untie the knot of the navel channel. Twist the torso to the left and right, And twist the face in those six directions as well. After doing this three times, You will untie the knot of the heart channel. Loosen the effort in the throat, And rotate three times to the left and right. This will untie the knot of the throat channel. With the throat relaxed as before, Immediately tap the chest lightly. Throw the head back forcefully. By arching the head back like this three times, You will untie the knot of the crown channel. Extend and shake the right leg and arm, With the fist on the breast, The elbow, ribs, and heel also Strike three times above the hips. Combine and strike together three times. Do the same on the left side as well. This will untie the knots of the joints. If you do not understand the striking of the fist, Complete the rest with physical exercises and channel cleansing. After doing each once in each instance, First, slowly twist the torso to the left, right, and front, Then, like shaking a horse and mule, Shake the whole body, and all the winds also Emit a long "Ha" sound from the mouth, And blow out completely without remainder. This will subdue all the channels. May those with fortune experience it. It is said that when practicing Tummo in this way, the clothes should be slightly thinner. If you wear woolen clothes, you will not feel whether heat is generated or not. Heat may also arise from any part of the upper or lower body, gradually increasing to the size of the palm of the hand. Heat may arise from the outside of the body, or it may arise from within. At this time, after washing the body with urine, grind black Acorus calamus into a fine powder, mix it with old butter and salt, and apply it to the body, it is said to accelerate the generation of heat. Even if you can only practice the movements once a day, persevere.

Meditate only on the focus of (Tummo) yoga. Again, fill the navel chakra with ten puffs of air. Then, with ten puffs of air, the fire goes upwards, filling up to the soles of the feet. Ten fill the heart. Ten fill the throat. Ten fill the crown of the head. Having meditated on filling them, warmth arises quickly by combining with the air. During breaks, meditate on all the fire dissolving into the thigle 'A' (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: none) at the navel, and maintain focus. By meditating on Tummo, food is digested better than before, so one feels more hungry. Wearing thin clothes feels warm. Nearby water, etc., does not freeze much. The body feels warm. The sensation is warm, and the sensation of cold is reduced. In the teachings of Ba Chakma, it says, "The fire blazes, thoroughly burning afflictions," etc. The meaning of what is extensively explained has been made easy to understand. Like this, when meditating on Tummo, the body posture of the heat-generating illusion wheel is also called the eighteen mudras of the blacksmith. It is also called the six-fold fire-stove method. The body sits cross-legged. The spine is straightened. Above the hip bones, the two legs are crossed, and the two knees are raised. The two hands are crossed, and the two elbows are placed on the two knees. The two palms are joined on the left and right arms. After that, if there is a meditation belt, it is tied. Thus, the feet form two triangular blacksmith's stoves. There are four hands, making six in total. There are also six inner channels. There are also six at the secret place, air, and thigle, so the six-three-eighteen fire-stove postures are formed. This is done during cold times and when one cannot endure the seven reversed appearances. Like this, even if one has given up sleeping with one's head to the west, if one is accustomed to this posture, one can sleep cross-legged. At this time, the three channels and four chakras are clearly visualized. The Tummo fire blazing at the navel burns all the channels and channel knots that manifest samsara. Except for the wisdom central channel, the samsaric central channel is also burned. In short, all impure body, aggregates, elements, and sources are burned. Then, the body transforms into a pure wisdom body, the body of great compassion. All inner and outer aspects transform into the nature of blazing wisdom fire. Sometimes, the fire blazing from the body extends outward for about a yojana, burning all obstacles. The fire retracts, gradually shrinking, and dissolves into the 'A' (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: none) at the navel. Again, by holding the breath, the fire blazes more intensely. It emanates from the pores, the doors of the senses, and the Brahma aperture. Meditate on the fire wrapping around the entire body like clothing, thereby generating warmth.
