息灭诸疾病之根源，药之女王降临于此，享用供养朵玛。瑜伽士我及我的眷属们，请从口中降下甘露之雨，息灭疾病等痛苦之聚。吽！足踏及压制毗那夜迦，大黑天身着虎皮裙，六臂以蛇饰庄严。右臂持钺刀，中间持念珠，下持达玛茹鼓猛烈摇动。左臂持颅血和三叉戟，同样持索套缚。凶猛张口，獠牙毕露，三眼凶猛，头发向上燃烧，额头以红粉点缀，头顶有不动明王之宝冠，戴着五十滴血人头项链，以五珍宝颅骨装饰头部。请从木中显现，接受朵玛。祈请消除我及所有守护对象的，一切障碍。怙主如意宝具大悲心，身色如雪山般光芒四射，一面六臂双足压制财神。降临于此，享用以誓言物装饰的供养朵玛，成就菩提之顺缘，向您顶礼赞叹，消除众生贫困。乔沃具光者降临于此，享用供养朵玛。我们师徒眷属等，为成就圆满菩提，为圆满布施，赐予大财富之成就。具慈悲心之吉祥天母，寂静，已寂静，具寂静之姿态，被寂静眷属围绕之主尊，象征之身色洁白清澈，恒常寂静之母享用供养朵玛，息灭我的疾病、邪魔、怨敌。于珍宝器皿班杂中，燃烧的黑食涂以血，竖立起心之幢幡，牦牛、绵羊、黑狗之标记，堆积怨敌之血肉骨骼脂肪，流淌红色之血水。以此燃烧的誓言朵玛大祭，献给具光护法，五种非人眷属等，请享用。吽！于宽广的器皿中，盛满怨敌邪魔之血肉骨骼，以及包含心肝五脏的，广大殊胜之供养朵玛，献给黑面母，为守护教法请降临于此。

With the retinue of the eight classes of gods and demons, come here and partake of this command torma. Do not transgress your former oaths, grant me the siddhi of enjoyment and wealth. Send down necessities, desires, food, and wealth like rain. Protector, Lion-faced Dakini, with your retinue, come to this place. Accept this offering torma adorned with samaya substances. May the Buddha's teachings flourish and spread, may the glory of the Three Jewels greatly increase, may the power of non-dharmic practices wane, and may the activities of the upholders of the teachings increase. May those who practice according to the Dharma have long lives, and may all unfavorable obstacles be removed. May we practitioners, together with our retinues, have harmonious conditions, glory, and wealth greatly increased, may enemies and obstructing forces, together with their armies, be defeated, and may all entrusted activities be accomplished. In short, whatever tasks I entrust, may the immeasurable siddhis of those activities be easily accomplished, and may you and I always be inseparable companions. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：Seed syllable Hūṃ)! Lords of the charnel ground, father and mother, when called, do not delay, when beckoned, do not blink your eyes. By the power of your samaya, please come. May the protective wheel not diminish, may the yogi's intentions be accomplished, may the samaya of the Dharma protectors be fulfilled, may vast merit be generated, and for the sake of protecting the Buddha's teachings, partake of this command torma, and accomplish activities according to your samaya. Bhyaḥ (藏文：བྷྱོཿ，梵文天城体：भ्यो，梵文罗马拟音：bhyaḥ，汉字字面意思：Seed syllable Bhyaḥ)! Black Mother, powerful and mighty, heretical goddess, mistress of magical powers, do not chase after an ounce of gold, do not follow after a bushel of barley, great wealth-possessing mother, Nganne Ma, come here and partake of the samaya substances and offering torma, may our homes, lands, people, livestock, etc., not fall into the hands of thieves and robbers. In this mandala of glorious Chakrasamvara, these offering tormas, well-adorned and arranged, are inconceivable harmonious substances, desirable qualities, and enjoyments. A treasure of nectar that satisfies the five senses, a vast and continuous treasury of space, in a cloud of offerings that generates uncontaminated bliss, after blessing with samadhi mudras and mantras, since the yogi offers with a respectful mind, Rakshasa protectors, fierce protectors, and powerful lords, whatever desired necessities and various enjoyments, by the power of the pure nature of reality, excellent intention, and truth, may they continuously arise without obstruction. Summoning from the rocky fortress: the Rock Lord of the land of Oddiyana, the Rock God, Lord Lha Depo, with a black body riding a black horse, right hand holding a spear and banner, left hand holding a lasso. Please come here and partake of the samaya substances and torma. Bind the wolves, jackals, thieves, and robbers, Hum! Chief Lord of the Assembly, when we offer and practice, please come to this place, partake of the offerings and torma. Outwardly, like the five great goddess-physicians, inwardly, like the five great field-protecting deities, secretly, like the five great mothers of the lineages.
