The Blessed One, Father, Mother, and Son in the center of the mandala, the Victorious Ones, the Three Families, the Protector, the Skull Garland Power, the Four Swift Mothers, the Eight Fathers and Mothers, the deities of life, messengers, and workers, please come here from the invisible realm and accept the offerings and tormas. From the hands of the Gandharvas of the east, hook life. From the hands of the Yama Lords of the south, hook life. From the hands of the Naga Kings of the west, hook life. Please bestow the essence of life, both transcendent and mundane, upon me and those to be protected. Please avert the obstacles of untimely death. Please increase life, power, and wealth. The great torma of the vessel, essence, phenomena, existence, and samaya substances, the eight desirable qualities and enjoyments piled up like clouds, this possessing the eight supreme qualities, I offer to the peaceful and wrathful deities of the mandala. Hum Hrih（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：हुं ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hum Hrih）! Pa. In the torma vessel of the blazing jewel bhandha, mix the assemblies of food and drink into the torma. Adorned with meat, butter, silk, and precious jewels, moistened with nectar, rakta, and so on. This is also a torma of conventional substances, I offer to the wealthy lamas and the deities of the Gathering of Intentions. Please accept it in order to fulfill your fierce vows. I prostrate and praise the one who manifests before me to tame beings, the deity of deities who embodies all the intentions, accomplishments, and perfections of all the Sugatas, Victorious Ones of the three times, their body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Hum. I invite the deities of the Eight Great Accomplishments, those who hold vows, to come to this place from the invisible realm.

From the miraculous display of light rays of Samantabhadra's mind, the mandala of seven hundred and twenty deities arises. The immeasurable, limitless fire of wisdom blazes. I prostrate and praise, burning away obstacles, sins, and obscurations. HUNG! In the mandala of the pure vessel of the three realms, all appearances and existences are clearly a heap of torma. Adorned with various desirable qualities by goddesses, I offer the samaya substance, the Bali ornament offering. The main deity and retinue, the deity Vajrakila, and the assembly of beings who are the lords of the earth, Shwana, etc., the time has come for power and miraculous abilities to arise. Please accept the torma of the Bali ornament. MAHA BALIMTA KHA HI KHA SHRIH. OM AH HUNG! The outer container, the world, is the torma plate. The inner essence, sentient beings, is arranged as the torma. Adorned with essential juices, fruits, and medicines, I offer it to the peaceful and wrathful emanated bodies. OM AH HUNG! BODHICITTA MAHA SUKHA JÑANA DHATU AH! OM RULU RULU HUNG BHO HUNG! IDAM BALIM GRAHANA KHA KHA KHAHI KHA SHRIH. By OM, purify the impure into emptiness. By AH, within the vast skull cup. From HUNG, the flesh and blood of enemies and obstructors, all the complete torma. By HA HO SHRIH, purify, increase, and ignite. Transform into an ocean of wisdom nectar. From the HUNG syllable in my heart, invite the dakini Simhamukha. From the light rays of the tongue residing in front, in the form of a vajra tube, enjoy the torma with delight. OM SHRI VAJRA DAKINI SIMHAMUKHA SAPARIWARA IDAM BALIMTA KHA KHA KHAHI KHA SHRIH. The glorious Vajra Goddess is the wrathful lion-faced one. Radiating rays of wisdom fire, I praise the lion-faced goddess. By the power of offering you the torma, please protect and guard the beings to be protected. Pacify all harm-doers, accomplish all wishes as desired, and please spread the teachings of explanation and practice. In the skull cup adorned with willow branches, the red torma is adorned with flesh and blood. Banners of various meats and hearts are erected. Fulfill the samaya of the three: pig-faced, wrathful-faced, and lion-faced. Waves of rakta surge. The milk ocean shows white radiance. The ocean of fat glitters. The smoke of great butter incense rises in spirals. The sounds of drums, conches, and musical instruments resound. The sounds of thighbone trumpets and skull drums are terrifying. The flesh and blood of enemies are crimson red.
