And, if one actually sees the one who has become the guide at the feet of the Lama, how would others arouse the mind on the path? Then, starting from the Bhagavan, this pith practice lineage of the path of liberation and the three vows has never been interrupted, all the way to Nagarjuna, Asanga, Lord Atisha, and then to Gampopa Rinpoche. Gampopa also practiced the conduct of the Kadampa tradition and the Mahamudra Six Dharmas of Milarepa, so that the Kadampa and Mahamudra traditions merged like two rivers, and the fame of the Dagpo Kagyu became like the rising sun. Especially from the Knower of Time to my supreme guide, the All-Knowing Lord of Dharma, those who attained accomplishment solely through the path of liberation emerged like stars in the sky. One hundred and eight realized disciples of Je Rangjung Dorje (the Third Karmapa, 1284-1339) went to the realm of the Dakinis at the same time in the upper part of Tsurphu Monastery. In this lineage, there have been many who went to the realm of the Dakinis without abandoning their bodies. Especially in this degenerate age, a close attendant of Je Dharma Lord, a monk named Tagtsang Yangdak, was unharmed by fire, and later went to the realm of the Dakinis without abandoning his body. Karma Tashi, a realized root disciple of the Sixth Je Dharma Lord himself, walked unhindered on water, etc. Until now, the path of liberation, Bépo (referring to a practice or lineage), has been firmly established, and the accomplished ones have never ceased. Then, a clear explanation of the conduct to be practiced: the conduct of non-elaboration from the Father Tantra, the conduct of Samantabhadra from the Mother Tantra, the two types of conduct from the Nyingma tradition, such as householders and wild animals, and the common three vows, etc., are actually the same in meaning. Outwardly, guard the Pratimoksha vows, like guarding all the actions of body and speech, only subdue. Inwardly, with the attitude of Bodhicitta, whatever is done is done for the benefit of others. Directly or indirectly, do whatever benefits others. Even if there is no direct or indirect benefit, dedicate all the roots of virtue to all sentient beings. Secretly, protect the Vajrayana vows like life, and practice the generation stage and completion stage with one-pointedness. Such practice can encompass all the bhumis and paths, and is the tradition of the Kagyu lineage. Arya Deva's...

It is also said in the Compendium of Conduct that liberation can be attained through non-elaborate conduct alone. It is also said in the Secret Accomplishment: "Through the power of the practice of meditation, whatever the characteristics of accomplishment may be, in an instant, one will abide in that state." Thus it is said. In the conduct of Orgyen Rinpoche, it is said: outwardly, one is in accordance with the Vinaya Pitaka and possesses discipline; inwardly, one possesses the special means of secret conduct like the Unsurpassed Tantra; in all aspects of secrecy, the three doors of body, speech, and mind should be in accordance with the Dharma. As Nagarjuna said: "Faith, discipline, learning, giving, shame, embarrassment, and wisdom are the seven treasures, so do not separate from them." As it is said, in short, it is included in guarding the three vows. Guarding the four root downfalls of the Pratimoksha vow like life itself, as Je Mikyo Dorje said: "The one who holds vows in this day and age is the one who guards the four root downfalls without breaking them and does not abandon the thought of virtue." As it is said, guard the subtle details as much as possible and strive for posadha. Guard the roots of the Bodhisattva vow like life itself, and take the Bodhisattva vow on auspicious days, and constantly take the condensed Bodhisattva vow. Guard the root samayas of secret mantra like life itself, and strive for self-entry and confession at appropriate times. In this way, all conduct is actually complete, striving only to be liberated from the prison of samsara, which is the conduct like a lamb being led to slaughter. Tasting the flavor of Dharma and distinguishing between good and bad is the conduct like a bee. Practicing in solitary retreats and living alone there is the conduct like a wounded deer. Keeping secret the materials and methods of practice, and even one's own body, and practicing in retreat. Keeping secret the signs of accomplishment from disciples who lack faith or from those who are not one's own teachers is secret conduct. Like feeding a child food that is easy to digest, practicing gradually according to one's own level of realization is the conduct like a young prince. All conduct is in accordance with the Dharma, which is the conduct of Samantabhadra. Moreover, from the six conducts explained in the Father Tantra, there are also similar aspects, that is, the residence, utensils, and wealth are well arranged and expanded, the mandala of colored powders is constructed, and the number of deities is arranged from each offering, and virtue
