Therefore, it appears particularly excellent. It is said. That is, the well-known accumulation path is of three types: small, medium, and large. The great accomplished Karma Pas consider it to be four, but there is no difference in meaning. In the profound inner meaning, it says: "First, obtaining empowerment, generation and completion stages, ভালোভাবে knowing well, and practicing with devotion is the accumulation path." As it is said, therefore, having obtained empowerment and ভালোভাবে knowing the practice of generation and completion stages, practicing with devotion is the first entry into the accumulation path. Although one cannot actually demonstrate abilities, one practices only with devotion, therefore it is called using devotion as the path. By abandoning sins and practicing virtues, one accumulates merit in order to realize the meaning of the nature of reality, therefore it is called the accumulation path. Then, during the stage of the small accumulation path, all the karmic obscurations accumulated from countless lifetimes are stirred up. Just as when a container is washed, the dirt rises, the various thoughts of the five poisons and the agitation and wildness are very strong, so that the mind does not remain still even for a moment. It has the same meaning as the first experience of Mahamudra. One cannot grasp the generation stage, it is slightly clear, but the mind does not remain on it, and it wanders meaninglessly. This is the smallest of the small when the small accumulation path is divided into two. At this time, one strives to practice the elaborate generation stage ritual in four sessions. One should make as many tsok offerings as possible. Guru yoga, Vajrasattva, etc. One should strive in the preliminary practices. Then, the small accumulation path is when the negative karma that has transformed from the experiences of many lifetimes is stirred up. Various diseases and the magical displays of demons appear in experiences and dreams. The generation and completion stages are sometimes clear and sometimes unclear. At this time, one should stabilize the pride of the generation stage by visualizing all phenomena as the nature of deities and goddesses, and the first Vipassanā (藏文:བྷེ་བྱ་,梵文天城体:Vipaśyanā,梵文罗马拟音:Vipaśyanā,汉语字面意思:毗钵舍那) of the accumulation path is the four mindfulnesses. There are three ways to meditate on this. First, one establishes mindfulness of the body. One thinks and examines well that the body is thirty-two impure substances, thereby reversing desire, etc., and one does not cling to or desire the body. This is the mindfulness of the body of the common vehicle. One cultivates practice free from the thoughts of both purity and impurity of the body, or whatever thoughts of purity or impurity arise, one looks at their own nature, thereby realizing that both purity and impurity are without self-nature and are emptiness. This is mindfulness of the body.

Placed in between. Therefore, from reasoning, understand the rules of the common vehicle and the unique rules of Mahamudra. What is explained here is the generation and completion stages, the union, and the inseparability of appearance and emptiness, mainly explaining the method of practicing the path to Buddhahood: To remember one's own deity body as the embodiment of great compassion, the inseparability of appearance and emptiness, like an illusion, is the mindfulness of the body. To recognize all feelings of pleasure, pain, and equanimity as Avalokiteśvara of the Ratna family, or to carry whatever realization of feeling arises into the sphere of emptiness and compassion, is the mindfulness of feeling. The nature of mind is free from existence, non-existence, arising, and ceasing, and that itself appears as the essence of the deity. The inseparability of the deity and the mind is the mindfulness of the mind. All phenomena of existence, samsara, and nirvana are not established apart from the mind. The mind is also merely imputed, not established as a real thing. Even so, it still appears as the deity's form, which is the mindfulness of phenomena. In short, the body and feelings are the essence of the deity, and the mind and phenomena are all focused on the union of appearance and emptiness. Then, on the paths of accumulation and preparation, from the union of generation and completion stages, with the generation stage being more dominant, practice the not-so-profound completion stage with the instructions of the five chakras. In actual experience and dreams, various realms of the six realms will be seen. In reality, suffering and frustration will be felt, as well as feelings of hunger and thirst, panic and arrogance, and experiences corresponding to the six realms will arise. At this time, focusing on purifying the seeds of the six realms is the key point, and just the suffering of experience and the suffering of dreams will purify all the bad karma that will cause future rebirth in the six realms. From here, the generation stage becomes slightly clearer and more stable. The practice here is the four correct abandonments: Now, with the deity's illusory form, focusing single-pointedly on vipashyana, unwholesome dharmas that have not arisen will not arise. By this, the unwholesome dharmas that have arisen are abandoned. Wholesome dharmas that have not arisen are generated by that samadhi. Those that have arisen increase and do not decline, and are not wasted. It is also complete for the generation stage. Again, whatever appears, meditate on it as the deity's illusory form, which is the first correct abandonment, abandoning non-virtuous thoughts. Whatever appears, knowing that it is without inherent existence like an illusion, thereby abandoning all afflictions.
